They told me my issue wasn't a priority compared with everyone else who by the way didn't look like any of them were on deaths door. This I feel is reverse discrimination! Both receptionists were Hispanic and were just so caring and empathetic toward every Hispanic in that waiting room. I had to wait an hour even though I had an appointment until everyone else was seen and the waiting room cleared out twice. The doctor was good and caring but I was not pleased with the way I was dismissed by the two receptionists. They told me I would be seen if no other emergencies came in. I didn't consider people with a cold an emergency. No one else was dying. Not happy!

Twice I decided to take him to JFK Instead against his request when I could have brought him here as he requested me to but I thought hospital would be better. Desert Oasis health care Rocks From receiving staff to the very kind caring RN Marlene and Dr. Meghan who was very focused on getting to the root cause of things was an experience that I had to share. Reviewed of BP meds referral to podiatrist for broken foot and IV cause he felt weak and dehydrate, gotta stay on top of slight anemia The only thing hospital did was Xray. Dad always knows best well sometimes God bless all in this medical field that do whatever it takes to help people at least feel better regardless of their health conditions. Happy daughter On behalf of a happier dad

The first time I went, the PA took a quick urine sample and diagnosed me with a UTI right away even though my results "weren't that bad". She prescribed me antibiotics and medicine for pain down there that made me super sick. The antibiotic also did nothing for me but made me feel like death. I had mentioned that I didn't really feel any pain down there, it was my stomach. She just said to follow up with my pcp but didn't send me for labs or anything. Not even for a urinalysis to make sure I actually did have a "uti". I came back because I still had pains and felt miserable. She finally sent me for labs because I kept insisting she sent me for some. Honestly, I didn't feel comfortable going there. She kept talking over me and making me feel a bit dumb. As if I didn't even know what I was talking about. Also, one of the girls working there has a staring problem and makes you feel very uncomfortable. I will avoid this place from now on. So sad that healthcare has declined so much.

I damaged my foot a few days ago and it wasn't getting any better .I made an appointment to come in here. From the receptionist,to the medical assistant to the physicians assistant, they were all great. I was treated with kindness ,compassion, and smiles. I happened to need an x-ray. I thought they did them here, but they don't. However, I was sent to the Palm Desert location with an appointment made for me that day. Minor inconvenience-but no big deal. I have a primary care Doctor Who happened to be on vacation, but I would come here for smaller things ..absolutely. Really nice people. PS I had an appointment and they took me right on time. I highly recommend that as they do seem to get walk-ins

The doctor, Caroline Tran comes in and says, "How can I help you?" I thought I just told your medical assistant... I'm not going to even acknowledge this woman is a doctor anymore. Caroline begins attempting to listen to my child's lungs but gives up stating she couldn't because of the crying. She decides to look in her ears for a quick second and decides it's an ear infection. While I don't doubt that this may be the problem, I began asking her questions any parent would ask. She dismisses my concern. Then she tells me she wants to write the prescription for the antibiotics, but can't because she's talking to me. Caroline, when did you forget to be a human with some class and empathy? This is a child that needs help and parents with questions. Don't dismiss people because they ask questions and don't just shut up so you can do your charting. Take some time off and remember why you became a doctor. You're terrible and you are an embarrassment to the profession. You're why more and more people don't trust your profession. You're going to fall ill one day and you'll have questions too, and heaven forbid, you encounter a doctor that acts like you do. Your staff must hate working for you as well. I would definitely find that dreadful. Also, my child's name was misspelled during checkin. I informed the checkin worker and she said she'd change it. But I guess it wasn't important enough for her because my child's name didn't come up when picking up a prescription, but it did under the misspelled name.
