    been to this store three times in the past year. first time, meh. that's what i get for being there on a saturday afternoon. next time, mid-week, quick, personable and professional fix. tonight, same thing. there at 7:45 to well past closing. no rush. all professionalism. even from the rent-a-cop security dude. without a thousand-word detail of the frustration i brought these folks, they handled it and me, (six feet, neck tattoos, shaved head, sunglasses at 8pm and kinda pissed off) with aplomb. i left with what i came to get and at no point did i feel less than a valued human being. thanks, folks. keep believing in the goodness of frustrated folks.

    Rain don't want to leave the Apple Store.

He never asked to see it, and took out a paper to look something up then told me they'd have to send it out and it would cost $450. I was very discouraged and decided to come by uBrakiFix as a last resort hoping they could do something. The young man at the counter took one look at my iPad, and said he knew exactly what was wrong, and went behind a wall to fix it. Came back and it was good to go! Turns out a piece of a charger had come off in the port and it just needed to be cleaned out. I was so grateful I was like "take my money!!!" Lol. Anyhow, I will not be going back to Best Buy. I grabbed information on their coverage plan. I will also be bringing by another iPad that won't turn on anymore that Best Buy said they couldn't do anything with either. ;0) I'll also be bringing buy my laptop. When we arrived inside the store a Verizon associate was busy helping another customer, he made us feel very welcome and reminded us, that he will help soon as he is finish with the customer in front of us. While we was waiting in line, another Verizon employee came in and offer to help my son with all his Verizon account information. The store is always spotless with new items and products, most of all this location has the best overall excellent quality of service.

My ordeal began with an upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. From that moment, my account became entangled in an unimaginable mess. Somehow, it was mishandled into a limbo state between a business and consumer account. This error led to one of the accounts being sent to collections, further complicating my situation. Despite my attempts to resolve this, Cellular Sales' solution was for me to pay for both accounts, an unreasonable expectation since nothing was my fault.The repercussions of this error were manifold. I was unable to process my $850 trade-in due to these account issues. Now, I find myself with three phones: my trade-in, the iPhone 15 Pro Max I paid for but can't use, and a loaner phone that was supposed to be a temporary solution. Yet, neither of the phones I own are of any use to me. I've lost access to essential features and conveniences - my passwords, apps, MagSafe chargers, and even my two-stage authentication for work are all in disarray.For six long months, I've been charged for services I can't use, with no credit for my trade-in, no refunds for the extra expenses, and no compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration. Despite my patient efforts to diagnose and resolve these issues with Cellular Sales, my account situation has only worsened.My patience has been stretched to its limits. All I seek now is an end to this ongoing nightmare. The lack of resolution, accountability, and compensation for my troubles has been deeply disheartening. It's difficult to reconcile this experience with the years of loyalty I've shown to Cellular Sales.     Awful. Should be named iStole. In my opinion, the owner of this place is a con-artist in every…read morerespect. When we brought my wife's phone into the store for a repair, we were quoted a price $360 with 1/2 paid upfront and 1/2 when complete. We paid and came back the next day. The repair seemed to be decent (good enough to trade the phone and receive credit). But, when we checked out, the owner charged the card twice. When it happened, he played it off as "it didn't go through and I need to run it another time." When we said something, he said that he would take it off if both transactions somehow went through. I went home and didn't worry about it. But, when I checked my card, he had charged the card a total of THREE times (when only 2 were authorized). I emailed iDropped and asked him to remove the charge. Although he emailed and said he would do it, over a week passed with nothing. So, I was forced to put in a card dispute. One would think that he would apologize when that card dispute came in. But, I saw that he actually tried to fight the dispute! Thankfully, my card issuer ruled in my favor and reversed his fraudulent charge. It took over 2 months though. So, long story. But, let this review save you some headaches and go elsewhere. The owner is a smooth talker and will act like the nicest guy you've ever met. But, trust me, it's all show.

His was the only local shop willing to give me a price over the phone for a Surface Pro screen replacement. His team had the screen shipped overnight, and performed the work super-fast that next day! The installation was perfect, and the price was very fair. I won't go any place else going forward!
