After we came in a large group was assigned to him and he remained his upbeat self and continued to cracked jokes even though he seemed a little stressed and was running around. We ordered the pretzel sticks as an app and while it didn't look great, it tasted good. I ordered the Italiano with mac and cheese and I got the Italiano grilled cheese. The kitchen probably made a mistake as the receipt was right. I didn't want to bother our already stressed server as this was my second choice anyways. My partner ordered the whale of a cod dinner with tots and chili. The cod had too much crust but tasted good according to my partner. As a side, you can do the salad bar for an additional $3.99 which seems like a great deal! I would try this next time, was not in the mood for salad that day.

The not so good: the staff at the counter did not acknowledge me, at all. No eye contact, no "be right with you". I placed my order using the Arby's app and waited at the counter as directed. Not a single staff member asked me if I had ordered, if I was being helped, if I needed anything. When my order was ready, one of the workers simply plopped the bag onto the pickup shelf and walked away. My name was not called or anything. I had been standing right there, so I retrieved it immediately. I looked inside the bag and noticed something was missing. Again, none of the workers would even make eye contact. I had to flag one down. This Arby's wasn't very busy, only one customer before me and another after. No one seated at the tables. I know the drive thru and online orders can make it busier than it seems. But no excuse to not be courteous and offer some decent customer service.

Now, we've all had bad lunch meat at some point, to say this was bad is an understatement. I cant help but think of the commercial, Arby's, we have the meats! I wouldn't call what I got meat. So, if this is the Arby's standard- I don't want it. I threw most of my sandwich away. Could have been a bad batch, who knows. If the meat looked like it did I certainly wouldn't give it to any customer. Check out the sandwich and think about it yourself. 2 star because the hospitality was good. The wings were cooked perfectly, I always worry about undercooked. I got them with bbq sauce and asked for a side of hot sauce and a side of blue cheese sauce. Xtra charge and I was good with that . We thought it was only a bar, but we were pleasantly surprised when we went inside. We wanted to watch basketball and found a table right by a TV. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive...she even gave us the remote to change to a new channel for a different basketball game when the one we were watching was over!
