The hostess gave us an attitude about it and told us we may not get waited on for a while. Sat down waited for about 10 min the girl took our drink order, dropped it off to us and told us someone would be by to take our order. All the while we could her the workers complaining loudly about how busy they were. Finally after waiting 10 more min we heard the bartender tell another waitress she was not taking our order someone else could do it. So I asked her how much for the soda she said don't worry about it and we left. We have only eaten here once since we moved her bit definitely will not be back. Went with a group of friends and was glad that the sports bar atmosphere was not too loud or hurried. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. She took our order and revisited our group to refill regularly. We ate the all you can eat boneless wings, shrimp, ribs and fries special deal. I got a new plate and the CORRECTED plate was only 40% better, if that. That wasn't very good for a supposed treat for a stressful day away from home. Love the half price appetizers after 9pm! We are regulars for these. My family of four can each get their choice and then share them with the family. We usually drink water when eating at a restaurant to save money. Our favorites are the cheese sticks, spinach dip and chips, sweet chilli or asian boneless tenders and an order of wonton tacos. If we are willing to pay the $6 price, the Lava Cake with Ice Cream is incredible! The sauce on the top and inside the cake is great but the added ice cream just sets it off! read more

Passing through on way back to PA from vacation. I didnt think it was possible to screw up grilled cheese and tomato soup. Applebee's managed to do this wonderfully. Grilled cheese was burnt and the soup was nasty. Wife's meal was good though. Place was covered in WVU memorabilia and murals so that's another reason for the 2 star rating. Place an order for "Carside to go" I'm not sure why they call it that and even ask what kind of car you're driving..I say for just a min waiting then went in the side door. Was freezing, didn't have the appetizers we ordered on a Saturday night, tough steak.

We were on our way back from a motorcycle event in Louisville, Kentucky. Some of our group were on bikes for hours prior to stopping. We were greeted when we arrived by a sweet hostess. We were seated almost immediately after putting tables together for our group of 7. We got our drinks quickly and ordered our food. I got the clubhouse grill sandwich with jalapenos. My husband ordered the brunch burger. The food only took a short time and all came out at the same time. My sandwich came and looked delicious. They were out of regular jalapenos so they gave us some pan fried jalapenos - and charged me 50 cents 3 times for such. They did make my sandwich event tastier than I had anticipated. It was delicious. My husband wolfed down his burger, I know by the fact that it was demolished in a matter of minutes that it was delicious to him. :) I appreciated the friendliness of our waitress, Ashly W. We also got a coffee to go and a couple of other drinks to go and she was very kind and helpful! We appreciated our meal time at Applebee's. Thank you for your hospitality! read more

The service inside the restaurant isn't much better. My wife and I had to wait 45 minutes for our food when there were only 3 other customers in the restaurant.
