We did not know that they have trivia on Friday nights, which explained why it was so busy. Although it was crowded, we were seated and served right away! Our waitress was amazing! She took our drink order and we received the drinks promptly after. I decided to try the Boozy Dunkin Cold Brew and it was very delicious! For an appetizer, we had Cheese Curds and they were delicious! I had a 6-count of traditional flats with medium buffalo sauce on. They were very good and crispy! Poor. Requested to sit in bar section near customers that we knew (there were 3 in our party) . Hostesses acted like that was going to be a problem. We then said it's fine if not, and they acted like they couldnt set us anywhere due to "servers had not shown up for work" We then just asked to sit at the bar. After we were seated, another party of 3 came in and sat at the exact table we requested originally. Those customers arrived after us, received their food and were leaving when we finally got our food. I was overly excited that BW3's opened a location in Fairmont only to be disappointed. The sauce was good but if order the special with 20 traditional wings and an order of fries you will be unhappy. The amount of fries I got for 20 wings was the size of a overstuffed medium McDonald's fry. The fry to wing ratio is way off and 25% of the wings were as big as my pinky finger. Met a friend there last evening for wings and beer. Table was fairly clean but the plastic covered menus were disgusting. I had to wash my hands after looking at the menu. Server took my draft order. Back in a few, we don't have that even though it's on the menu. Ok. Requested a different draft. Server back in a few, sorry we don't have that one either. We do have Bud and PBR though. Really? Requested a third draft, which they had. Got wings, which were pretty good. There are two really good points for the management to address about menus. Here is an idea - use electronic menus. There are not a lot of options for a late Sunday night meal, but after finishing work a group of 10 invaded BWW after 9pm. The staff were happy to seat us and even put some tables together so we could social distance from the rest of the patrons. Very nice! Of the dozens of BWW we've been to over the years this location offered some of the best service. Even at midnight when we arrived (after a WVU football game) the staff was friendly, eager to maintain tables and checked back on us often. BWW remains a great place to drink and watch multiple games, but struggles to provide quality food. We started with the popcorn shrimp, which taste ok, but came to our table lukewarm, at best. The wedge potatoes, on the other hand, were much better. However, the rest of our meal didn't impressed. I ordered my old standby, grilled chicken buffalitos and the chicken was bland and the tortillas were hard. The pulled pork sandwich tastes like gas station stuff. Few will argue that quality is poor at this chain. However, if you are coming to watch games and drink, you probably won't notice it as much. It still remains a great place for sporting events and that's not going to change. At least this location delivers great service, which can't be said at most BWW's. read more

I came here after work looking to get a good meal and wind down. Ended up waiting nearly ten minutes for service once I got seated, and attempted to order. When I first ordered, all seemed well. They were out of queso so I accepted a substitition for shredded cheese. I placed the order and began to wait. A few minutes later my waiter returned to inform me they were also not serving onion rings, and offered to bring me my meal without them. There was no compensation or alternatives offered. Upon rejecting this offer, I was given the menu back and could not find anything I found palatable after this incident. I left summarily and will not be going back anytime soon. Visited here twice during a recent trip to the Clarksburg area. While my business associates like this place, I was not very impressed. The service is bad. Plain and simple. They tried but fell short on several occasions. During our first visit the server was complaining about stuff in her personal life. Frankly I could care less about your problems. I'm not your therapist, I'm your customer, so please treat me as such. On our second visit it took 10 minutes before the server came over. We ordered some appetizers and our main meals. They brought the appetizers and we still did not have our drinks. This was at least 20 minutes after sitting. Unacceptable. The wings are really good, but the rest of the food is just okay. If I come back I'll only get wings and nothing else. On top of the bad service and mediocre food the place is gun free victim zone. As if someone that wants to hurt people will stop because of their pointless sign. Duh. They should seriously change this policy. First of all, it has to be said that I'm a Chicken Wing Junkie. I love them and the other tastey treats offered at Buffalo Wild Wings. And this location is no exception. However, I've been here several times and while dining in, the service is usually very bad. I can recall being there to watch a game with a friend. We sat at the bar, hoping for faster service since the bartender was right there. And we sat there for at least 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. I can understand if they're busy, but at this particular time, they weren't. I've also been there and sat at a table before and actually got up and left after sitting there for 20 minutes or more without having anyone stop for our drink orders. Take out, however, is a different story. When they answer the phone, staff are friendly and fairly helpful. My food has always been ready fairly quick and I'm in and out. Notice I said 'When they answer', though. Because I've called before and had the phone ring and ring without anyone answering. Last night I called in an order and it was ready when I got there. Everything was in order, and tasted great. Wings were a little dry, but overall it was a decent experience. I'll be back, but this store needs to step it up! read more

We went for dinner around 7. It was wing night, so we knew it would be busy. It took a while for the waitress to take our order and it was over an hour before we got our food. I've been here before and service tends to be a little slow, but not this bad. Our food was hot and fresh when we got it, so that made up for the wait. I got traditional wings in mild and the Garden Refresher. It's an appetizer that comes with pita and vegetables, hummus and taziki dip. The hummus portion was tiny and was bland. The taziki dip was good. There were lots of fresh vegetables and the pita was good. This is a good place for wings and sports. There are tvs everywhere you look. For the life of me I can not figure out why this place is so busy. I have not been here for over a year because my last visit was so bad. I had "street tacos" and a side salad. They were u undoubtably some of the worst tacos I have ever had and they were the least "street" like tacos I've ever seen.
