Terrible service at this location. The last 2 visits, we've experienced slow service and errors in our orders. Never returning here.

Trying to order food from their menu and they told me that they don't have the ribs. I understand that sometimes things happened but not able to substitute the order with another is ridiculous. The manager came over and talked to us but he acted like he was being control by the chef. I can see now why they have really bad reviews. Absolutely horrible experience for us. This is the Applebee's closest to me so I used to come here often. There's been multiple times that the service was TERRIBLE. Waitress/waiter would take forever just to acknowledge us and ask for our drinks, apps would take very long to arrive despite it being near empty, and sometimes the music level was too high. Got tired of always having to wait like 30-45 minutes for my food so I won't be going back to this location, I'm very disappointed. read more

This place is one of the worst on the west side. Where to start..... The service is crap they have more important things to do then deal with the customer.... Your food comes one way and one way only the cooks make zero effort to accommodate if you complain the manager informs you it was the cooks fault.... No meal replacement no comp. just the satisfaction that you where right in it being the cooks fault. Don't waste your time and money here. Slow. Steak was undercooked. Slow again. Drinks sat on bar forever and I watched them sweat. Asked another waiter who was passing to get them for me and he seemed super upset. One of four plates took 15 minutes longer than the other three. Missing add on shrimp. Waiter did nothing just looked like an idiot into the sky. Don't go. Buy frozen steaks at the store. The noise level at this location was so ridiculous and I've never experienced anything like it. Drunk idiots literally ROARING at the bar over a basketball game like they were at the Staples Arena. I asked the waiter to have them be quiet and he laughed and said "Oh, they get that way," Really? I had such a headache by the time I walked out of there. Never again! read more

I have eaten here a couple of times because it is close to home and found it average. Sad to say tonight will probably be my last time eating here. My husband was craving ribs. They were advertising the ribs on tv which looked good. He ordered 1/2 rack and got five ribs the size of his little finger, with NO meat on them. What a disappointment. And for the $14 we paid for them was a crime. Next time he has a rib craving it is off to Famous Dave's or Rudy's. I had the chicken penne which was very heavy with barely any chicken. Oh well, it is good enough for apps and a beer at the bar I guess but not if you are looking for something more. read more

My kid wanted to go there for her birthday. Thanks for ruining that. The place was dead and the server could not find a clean table. She was livid when I asked her to wipe it down. We sat waiting for service for over 10 minutes and eventually opted to leave. This place has really declined. Guess you can only expect good service when you're sitting at the bar getting sloshed with your child (which was ghetto that you allow that.) read more

Since the new menu has been introduced, this place has gotten significantly better! Before, the service and food was not very good, but both have improved greatly. The new menu has many more options for people on a calorie limit, as well. Overall, my experience was very good. read more

Sat in the booth for about 15 minutes just for a drink order and were ignored by the server as he served everyone else around us. This is the third time we have had to walk out of applebees without getting our food. Maybe if they hired good servers, we might actually get to eat our dinner there once. read more

1.5 hours to make a sandwich and nachos. Go elsewhere if you want an enjoyable evening. Prepackaged food should not take that long to make nor be of such poor quality. Nachos were the broken bottom of the chip bag and greasy. Yuck. read more

Ordered through car side to go, waited about 20mins outside and no one came out to even charge us. My husband had To go inside and retrieve our order, which discards the whole point of ordering through the to go function. Associates had headphones on and were just hanging out. My husband and I go to Applebee's at least once a month!! Only for the Thai Shrimp SALAD!! He has a medical condition that requires him to have X amount of salad per day. This has always been a nice diversion from the lettuce, tomato, avocado that we make at home on a regular basis!! Or the Caesar Salad that every other restaurant in town has!!! Tonight we went to the Applebee's on Redd Rd in El Paso, TX and the salad comes with 3 pieces of lettuce!!! So we called asked for more lettuce and they had the Gaul to charge us for a Caesar Salad ($3.69) only lettuce!! No croutons , no dressing!!! Not a Caesar Salad!!!!!!! The manager arrived and agreed to only charge us $1.69!!!!!! Infuriated!!!! PUT THE LETTUCE BACK IN THE SALAD!!!!!! SALAD!!! It means lettuce or something similar that counts as salad!!!! The salad has always had at least .50 of lettuce in the salad before! read more

We are have gone to this Applebee's several times. Each time the food came to the table it was not correct. The severs did not apologize for the mistake. We have decided not to go back to this particular Applebee's again. read more

Went in the other day 11:40am. Figured we would beat the lunch rush. We sat down, another group came in after us & sat across from us, they got their drinks then appetizers & waiter took their order. Ignored us the whole time. So we got up & left, no one at the door to even notice. read more

Restaurants are supposed to be cozy, except for this Applebee's. It is cooler or colder than it is outside and to make it worse, the food is served lightly warm. So eat your serving quickly before it turns cold and keep your jackets on. read more

We go to Applebee's quite often and really enjoy the French onion soup. We also like the two for $20.00 take out!

Host was arrogant an obviously in over his head and then questioned whether I paid for my drink when I asked why he was seating people that placed their name on the list after I showed up. Went in this evening with the family. Was not a busy evening looked slow. Sat down as soon as we walked in. The server did not seem to attentive as he did not acknowledge us for a bit to even say I'll be with you in just a minute . We were there almost 10 minutes seating down. Yes I actually started a timer. Asked for 2 waters and 1 lemonade . David the Server came back and took our order. We ordered off the 2 for $26 even though selection was very limited. The kiddo ordered grilled chicken Tenders and asked for sweet potato fries to go with his order. 6 minutes later the server comes back with a blank face to apologize as the kids meal does not come with sweet potato fries and he would have to charge us additional fee. As I already know that. But yet he did not know to mention to me when he took the order and he should know his menu and additional charges up front. I decided to walk out of the restaurant given the fact that something always happens at the Applebee's and that is the reason we do not dine there.
