Now how can this be beat well the quesadillas where yummy the baked chicken scrumptious the ceviche was more like pico de gallo with 10 pieces of fish and shrimp on it ... More continued tales from bad customer service. Let's start with they don't have menus. We'll they have two that pretty much lists just booze and some happy hour plates. If I wanted to stare at a little screen to order, why am I coming into a restaurant. I could have just ordered togo. And I guess my grandfather can't ever eat at a Twin Peaks. How do you assist non tech savvy patrons? Sounds like ageism Next, no vinegar? No Italian dressing? My waitress didn't really know what they had, so I ordered Caesar on a garden salad. How about some positive. The hostess found me a spot right away. It was the second quarter of TNF. There are plenty of TVs to watch different games, including the Rangers game, right up until another waitress decided to change the only patio TV playing the baseball game. Come on. There are 4 tables and 5 TVs were already showing the football game. It wasn't even the Cowboys, so why? I'm waiting a very long time for my salad. I bet it's going to come with the cheesesteak. They did. I watched another waitress walk around the patio like she didn't know her table numbers. She seemed genuinely surprised that I wanted my entree after the salad course. Is that a thing here, too? If I ordered a starter, would I have gotten all three courses at once? They should have brought my dessert too. At least they were nice enough to leave my plate under the heat lamp, so it was still hot. It's a little dry but hot. Finally, get my bill. Now I get a 20% discount. I got it that was cool, but then at the bottom of the ticket, it shows suggested tips. But the 20% tip was different than the 20% discount. How? I didn't order alcohol. You don't tip on tax. Never trust those suggested tips. They are notoriously misleading. It took me another hour and a half after I left to finish this review because I've been in the bathroom sick. I am share holder with FAT Brands only because of Twin Peaks. I will be a share holder of the new Twin Peaks IPO TWNP when's it's launched on January 30th. I've been going to Twin Peaks since 2009 and love the brand since it was started 2005 in my home state of Texas. My Dad took me to my first visit at the Round Rock TX Twin Peaks back 2009 when I was on home leave from living overseas in Europe. Thought the brand was better than the Hooters across the street in Round Rock. I work at Topgolf now and have worked at other hospitality companies such as Disney, Kalahari and airlines as British Airways and concert venues too like COTA, Q2 sradiun and HEB center in the greater Austin, TX area. First I would like to say my visit Sunland Park Twin Peaks could've been a little better, I know it's a Thursday night and it's slow night in the business but an extra smile or sweet hello could make a big difference from a Twin Peaks girl. Our server Violet was very cute but would of loved to see a little more enthusiasm in her. My visit to the Webster Twin Peaks in the Houston, TX area is the best example of the Twin Peaks brand better than the 2 Twin Peaks in the greater Austin TX area. The Webster Twin Peaks is more a family restaurant with kids running around and young couples hanging out. All my Topgolf Webster colleagues go there too after work for a drink. They recommended it to me and even my long lost mother (RIP) enjoyed her visit there too. I hope it's better on the weekend at Twin Peaks Sunland Park. Husband and I enjoy the food at Twin Peaks, although we haven't really eaten in the restaurants since COVID... Normally we get our food from the Fountains location but I had an uber eats coupon for the Sunland park location... can't say we were impressed. We pre-ordered on the app for an estimated delivery between 12-12:30 (although the restaurant opens at 11) the food didn't get here until 12:45 and was room temp at best. After microwaving everything we tucked in. My husband usually eats the majority of the cheese bites and the sandwich, and we split the queso. Unfortunately, it looked like they gave us the very bottom of the bag of chips for the queso. It's pretty difficult to enjoy queso when your chips are almost all less than an inch long. Need new policies for behind the bar service. Came in early afternoon and sat at the bar, place was not busy. Bartender got my drink order and that was the last time I was asked if I wanted anything until I finally decided to pay for the drink and got food somewhere else. I was never asked if I wanted something to eat or offered a menu which was the reason I went in the first place. I'm pretty sure if I requested a seat other than the bar with a dedicated server that the experience would've been different as it seemed they were more attentive with the customers seated not at the bar. As someone who has experience in the food service industry you shouldn't have to wait for a customer to get your attention for something and it's more understandable if the place is packed and servers are busy with drink and food orders, this was not the case. read more

Think Hooters but with a different name. Although I have never been to Hooters- so I can't compare the food to them. But the waitresses are showing what god gave them. That aside- I had the smoked Cuban sandwich, fries, and one of their draft beers. It was very good. Waitress was nice, service was fairly quick. Loud music, lots of seating. Tv screens everywhere. Lots of people here but still empty tables to sit down at to eat. I would come back for the food and beer but honestly- music was too loud for me. Well, I didn't realize this a "Hooters" type of place. I did come here once before but the waitresses were fully clothed! This time around they're in lingerie! It was pleasant surprise but I feel some what guilty because my GF hates these types of places. But on the real, the food is awesome in these places! I love Hooter's wings although admittedly, it's been awhile since I have been there. I wonder what the quality is like nowadays! The finger foods and cool beer are what make these places! This place did not disappoint! Buffalo-chicken-cheese fries with a little blue cheese is an awesome combo when washed down with a cold beverage! The manager turned me away as I walked in! Said they just announced last call. No more alchahol would be served. I said fine, can I order food.... NOPE. sorry... We already announced last call. WTF. You close in 25 minutes.. "Sorry sir..." Then put up a freaking closed sign at 11:30 you jackass if you're ecentially closed @ that time... Rediculous. I will never, and suggest you ever eat at a Twin Peaks again. They do NOT care about customer service. And the food is barely meh.. Service is very spotty. Last three times we've come in they are out of Knotty Brunette beer. Took 20 minutes before a server even talked to us and another 15-20 minutes before we got our beers. Everyone around us seemed to be getting their drinks/food quickly. They are out of a lot of food items that still remain on the menu. It wouldn't have been so bad but it took more than hour (from the time we can in) before we got our food this last time we were in. Two hours later we only had two bears and one margarita. Most of the others soon arrived ordered and got served drinks. Mine never came and my server never delivered. I went to the bar and the bartender said, Oh! She was supposed to tell you we are out of that? I ordered and paid for my drink at the bar. Continuous forgotten parts of our order and I ordered a 2nd drink and it never came! Back to the bar! This location is very clean and family friendly, but the wait staff and food was very subpar. After my family ordered we didn't see our waitress again until it was time for fpod to be delivered. We ordered the sampler, which was around $13 and had fried pickles, 3 chicken strips and square cheese sticks: everything on the plate was lukewarm at best and over oily/salty the cheese cubes were very tasty though. Also ordered a burger which was subpar at best, with fires (those were HOT and delicious) the waitress charged me for a ranch that came with my food so was slightly baffled by that but ‍. And lastly a 12 pc boneless buffalo wing with fries, again the only thing hot were the fries. The best part about this place besides being kid friendly was the specials they had on a bucket of domestic beer, $12 for 5 beers and they can all be different. The imported beer bucket is $15. Overall I won't go back to this location Bc the food just isn't worth it to me, I'll stick to the one on the East Update. After reviewing I received a message from the GM Mr. Mack, he encouraged me to give this location another shot so me and my family all went back in for another go round and I'm truly glad we did. I recommend the chicken fried chicken with the jalapeño gravy, it has a great flavor and isn't spicy, it comes with a green bean hash (tomatoes, onion, and bacon). I'm not really expecting 5 star service at a sports bar but they should be able to nail the basics. Our server was Alexis and while she was polite, she got almost everything wrong. We ordered 3 tacos but got 3 ORDERS of tacos (total of 9) instead. We said we would just keep them but she offered to take one order away and that she would take them to the back so they could eat them. The girls that brought them out acted like they kind of knew that we only ordered 3 but said, don't worry, you will like them. It seems like they did it on purpose to up sell or maybe for themselves. Since we knew we couldn't eat all the food she brought us, we asked for a box to take the extra food home in and she never brought it. I also asked for the wings and fries special and double checked with her that I would be getting the happy hour special but was charged for wings and then charged to add on the fries. When I finished my beer, she asked if I wanted another one but the beer she offered wasn't what I originally ordered. Instead, I asked for an ice water and she never brought it. I had to walk up to the bar and get it myself. Then, she kept stopping at the tables around us but kept walking past ours.
