Well we thought we lucked out going on a Saturday night and it was dead inside but nope. They sat us next to the speaker and the music was so loud the waitress got the order wrong from not being able to hear all that good ( the service sucked by the way) my wife and her best friend ordered the shark bite adult drink and it was just a blue slush , did not have anything else in it , no rum , no gummies , nothing but the blue slush part , the food was subpar at best and lacked flavor on some things, the appetizers we purchase were the only good things and the fish I got was a little overcooked but it was still pretty good. Spent well over $100 at this place and the table when we sat down had stuff all over it, One of the supply vents for the HVAC system was falling out of the ceiling, there was stuff all over the floors, and did I mention the service actually sucked. It was so bad I wanted to get up and walk out the first 20 minutes I was there. They brought mine and my wife's food out and our friend had to wait another 20 minutes on hers when we all ordered at the same time. I do not recommend this establishment. We had to wait forever just to get silverware because they forgot to bring it out in the beginning. PS don't bother ordering anything to go on their app and driving up there and picking it up because it's all going to be lackluster, this place has gone so far downhill it's not even funny and I can see why over half of their locations have closed their doors if this is the way they are going to be read more

My experience here was absolutely horrible. I was seated and it was nearly 20 minutes before I was ever greeted by a server. The waitress I had was sweet and overwhelmed. Once I placed my order it was another 45 minutes before we received our food which was hard and inedible and even the dips had a hard film over them .. they'd clearly been under the heat lamp. On top of that the manager was going off on her serving and kitchen staff all night.. it was Applebees you don't expect a 5 star experience. This is a tough one to review for me. We came on Thanksgiving evening. I appreciate any restaurant that is open and definitely appreciate any employee working on Thanksgiving. Every person we encountered was very friendly. Our server - God love her - she was not too good. Communication with her was difficult. She spoke quietly. She enunciated words in such a way as to give us a fun challenge. She didn't answer questions. She refused to listen to the way we wanted our steaks prepared. We had to ask for things like napkins and refills. Honestly, at the start of the meal, I was picturing a 1 or 2 star review. But, gosh darn it! She tried!!! She was friendly. And the meal? Not bad! My steak was actually pretty tasty! The mashed potatoes were decent. The broccoli was meh, bland. All in all, I'm giving stars for - albeit not great - service. You know the saying A for effort. She was then very rude to us, took so long to get refills, talked shit on the girl she was training in front of us, and laughed at us when we asked about a veteran's discount. However it looked as if they only had three AMAZING hard working young women as hostess/servers/bussers. Merinda was our server. She did a great job!!! I am sure they are looking for staff. I will be a little less critical of restaurant staffs as they get through low staffs (front and back of house) and what we as a Country are going through. One of the servers were being rude and purposely not serving us because we were "joking around too much" when in reality she started joking with us first. Two customers came in around 20-30 minutes after us and were served quick and were able to enjoy their meal and leave quickly. A host had to come and serve us because the server didn't want to do it and even then we didn't get our food until like 30 minutes after. One of us didn't get a drink at all and another one of us did get the fries we ordered. The server who was supposed to have served us was being VERY unprofessional and cursing out loud. And we didn't leave until like 2 and a half hours later because of the service we were given. My husband picked up lunch today at 12:46. I didn't get home until late to find the chicken Alfredo and add on shrimp had no Alfredo sauce and the add on shrimp was in a cocktail sauce container $3.99. I called the restaurant and went through two very nice employees before the manager Terrance got on the phone who practically laughed his way through the conversation and then went on to explain how they ration out the Alfredo sauce and extra would be $.59. Now mind you that's nowhere on the website. He went on to say he wasn't there at the time and assumed no responsibility. He did tell me to bring the product back to the restaurant which I have put in the freezer to take back when we're in the area. I will stop here because there's so much to be said. We work hard for our money and deserve to receive what we order and pay for. This manager disagrees. Ordered a med rare steak and got a piece of overcooked over salted shoe leather (have you ever tried to cut shoe leather with a PLASTIC knife?). Asked for a drink refill several times and finally went to the bar myself to get it. Had to get up and go find someone to ask for the bill.
