Our sever was excellent, extremely friendly and attentive. We ordered some mozzarella sticks that were excellent. We had a grilled chicken sandwich that is usually served as a whiskey burger and it was divine. Large portions akin to diner food! And just like a diner it was very good. Appetizers of Boneless wings were a meal in themselves! I had chicken Parmesan and took 1/2 of it home! My boyfriend and I went there last Sunday and it was really good! I got the 4 cheese macaroni with the honey chicken tenders and I will definitely get it again. The service was outstanding I cannot remember our waitress's name but she was very friendly , helpful, and cheerful. The floor manger I'm assuming , I also unfortunately do not remember the name, was also friendly , talked to us for about 5 minutes and asked me how I liked my drink. This is the coolest Applebee's we have ever seen. The bar is set up cozier and more like an actual hometown bar than traditional Applebee's. I can't remember the bartender's name but she was very friendly and managed the entire bar area on her own without any wait on our end. Giant bummer! Food was ok but service was seriously lacking customer service The bartender was busy talking. To other servers walking by our empty drinks 3 times not even looking at us, then! attending the ppl a cpl seats aways! I am a local small business owner. And what's coming to have a couple drinks and relax? But when sitting with an empty glass for approximately 8 minutes and the bartender not even acknowledging us. Put a serious damper on my evening. Stopped here on Monday whike traveling from VA to PA and it was okay. We were seated immediately and drink orders taken. They have a new menu from the last time I was there and a lot of it was very yummy sounding. I wish all items on the menu had calorie counts not just items under 600, but that's my wish for all restaurants actually. Food: I order the lunch combo of french onion soup and half of their new Kicker Turkey Stack sandwhich. Soup was good, could have been hotter but I like soup super hot so that's just my preference. Sandwhich I had high hopes for from the description. And it was mehh. It was supposed to have a spiceyish sauce but I couldn't taste it over the slaw on the sammie. Food is alright, value isn't as good as it use to be though. Several of the waitresses are rather spacey and absent-minded and therefore we have to ask who is working every time we go in. We have had a few great waitresses at this location though, such as Abby and Coda (no longer at this location). There are a couple others but, their names escape me as we've only had them a couple times. The hostesses also have a bad habit of seating guests right on top of each other instead of offering a small bit of privacy by spacing them out. In the past 6 months or so, Lunch service has been seriously lacking, as it seems the chefs on this schedule don't put as much passion and concern into their meals. First of all, I'm not even entirely sure why we decided to get Applebee's again after the last disappointing visit. Once again, our food was a MAJOR disappointment. My steak smelled like old left out meat and felt like rubber.. I didn't eat it. My fiancé got a bacon burger with nothing but cheese and bacon. The burger came with all toppings including bbq sauce (weird). ALSO, the boneless wings were DRY with no flavor. The fries looked like the left over scraps that had been leftover for hours! My green beans were soggy & flavor less (usually they're good). I will not be ordering from Milford Applebee's anymore.. forreal this time. read more

Usually come to this location on Saturday evenings after work and have had virtually no issues with the food or the staff. Came here for lunch with my son and good lawd it was night and day. Took forever to even have a hostess seat us (there were exactly four other tables and one person at the bar when we entered so not busy). Took the waitress 8 minutes to come to the table to get our drinks which she brought out quickly, but then another 6 minutes before she even looked back at our table and finally came over to take our order. So all told from entry to placing order was approximately 20 minutes (and I'm being generous there). After order was placed it was another 30 before the food even hit the table (order was one burger and a plate of ribs). I've ordered this exact same thing before on a Saturday night when the place was slammed busy and got it within 15 minutes. I have no idea why the time is so much worse in a basically empty restaurant in the middle of the day. The place doesn't seem to be understaffed as I've witnessed a manger, hostess, and at least three serving staff walking around. Maybe an off day? Who knows, but it didn't endear me to this place for lunch time eating... read more

It's what you'd expect for an Applebee's. The food is adequate, the temperature was fantastic, and the food was freshly made and served. The only problem we had was with being waited on. We were in the bar area and waited quite some time. There were several young male waiters loafing around talking to the younger women waitresses, and eventually the only (clearly over worked) bar tender came to serve us. Our server, Eric, was awesome!! We had 20 people (kids and adults) that were from out of town for a soccer tournament. Applebee's was super accommodating! Our server offered for us to have separate tabs which is hard with such a large group - but he took our boys' jersey numbers and did it that way. He was friendly, accommodating, quick, and all-around very pleasant! We even had a manager come to our table to check on us which is a first for an Applebee's in my experience - I've only ever had that happen at high-end restaurants.
