Living in Lewes, Delaware, I know that dining in a beach town during the summer can sometimes mean crowded restaurants, rushed meals, and hardworking staff who are stretched to their limits. That's why my first experience at Sirocco was such a wonderful surprise! From start to finish, everything was exceptional--the food, the service, the atmosphere, and even the drinks. Our server, Ramon, was an absolute pleasure: funny, helpful, attentive, and full of great spirit. He made the evening even more enjoyable. We started with the crab brochette, which was delicious. I had the lamb chops, and my husband had the salmon. Both were absolutely top-notch! Every course was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. What I especially appreciated was that we never felt rushed. The staff seemed relaxed and genuinely happy to be there, and we were able to sit back, enjoy our meal, and have a truly relaxing evening. That can be hard to find during the busy summer season! And if you're looking for an extra reason to visit, Sirocco has specials throughout the week. We happened to be there on half-price bottle of wine night, and Wednesdays offer buy one entrée, get the other free! Needless to say, we can't wait to go back. My family and I stayed at Coast and went to Sirroco for breakfast one morning and it was very lovely! We were feeling something light and Sirroco offers à la cart items like breakfast meats and egg and bagels or you can get something bigger like a breakfast skillet or platter. Our waitress was very kind and attentive and the is clean but very cozy. We had the avocado toast which was fresh and savory, the Greek yogurt bowl which had a lot of toppings, and a bagel that game with plenty of butter, cream cheese, and jams! Good experience - could have been better. We came in for Christmas Eve dinner and enjoyed our time with some notes. The Christmas Eve menu was a price fix. For the appetizer section they had a lovely sounding beet salad which our entire table picked only to be told they were sold out - how you sell out of a salad on a price fixe menu when you only have 3 options I am unsure but regardless we were not interested in any of the other options so our lovely server and manager made us a Greek salad instead which was great. For my main I had the crab cakes which couldn't have been better. I loved every bit of them. Finally for dessert I had the pistachio baklava which to be honest was not great but that's alright. Service was impeccable. Ambiance is interesting, we didn't realize this was a hotel as well and the hotel reception is quite literally in the restaurant which threw me off a bit but otherwise the ambiance was fine. We went with friends on a Wednesday night not knowing it was buy one get one free! We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Restaurant is fairly small and was very busy as you might expect. I had Lemon, Chicken & Orzo soup for a starter and it was very good. One had the caprese salad that was ok. My wife and her friend shared the Crab Burrrata which was also very good. For the main I had the Ragu al Bolognese which was good but not the best I have had. My friend had the Lamp Chops and he really liked them. The Chicken Vodka Parmesan is HUGE. Plenty to take home for another dinner. And the mushroom Florentine was good. We had a table of six women celebrating a birthday behind us. they were enjoying themselves, as they should, but it made it difficult for us to have a table conversation. The vibes here are chill and the restaurant has a beautiful bar area. I can't remember the name of our waitress but she was nice and attentive. Maybe a little too attentive. It was nice she came over alot to make sure everything was ok but at times it felt like she just had nothing else to do as my friend and I did go at an early dinner time. So not many people were there. We got bread for the table which tasted nice and fresh. It came with some Garlic and then an herbed butter. The Olive oil and herbed butter were delightful. For appetizers and main dishes my friend and I shared the Caprese salad which was tasty. We got the pine nuts on the side due to my allergies. Everything on this dish tasted fresh. I had the chicken skewers and rigatoni pasta with meat sauce as I couldn't decide what to get as both sounded sooooo good. I was full after the chicken dish. It came with Tzatziki sauce. My friend enjoyed her dish as well. I had to drink a NA beer and my friend enjoyed her glass of wine. Nice spot to have a lovely meal. My friend and I came for an early dinner so if you want to beat the crowds and don't mind eating early, you won't need a reservation-- if not, get one! Happy hour is only served at the bar FYI. My friend and I were seated by a window and given nice warm bread and herbal butter and soft garlic. Tasted lovely. My friend and I shared the caprese salad which was nice. If I could give a tip, I would say add more basil or keep leaves instead of slices them to balance out how much balsamic glaze is on the dish. My friend was famished and she couldn't decide what she wanted, so she got Lemon chicken skewers which is enjoyed and also had Ragu pasta. She enjoyed both. I ordered the crab cakes which were generous in size. I could only eat one. The veggies were a bit mushy not crisp. The tomatoes and cucumbers tasted refreshing. We both took home leftovers! We were recommended by someone to try this restaurant. Meh was our experience. Husband ordered the whole Branzino and I had the lamb chops. The Branzino was little salty on the skin. Nice looking place - staff was very friendly but overall we were disappointed in our meals. There were 6 of us and so we were able to sample various things. The Beef Carpaccio was very good. The Caesar salad had mixed reviews with most finding something lacking in it. The Beet Fennel and Orange salad was delicious. The Osso Buco was thin and on the chewy side and didn't really fall off the bone that is usual with that dish. The Lamb chops again got mixed reviews depending on what was expected by the 3 who ordered it. The Bolognese was not hot and had little to no meat with a somewhat over the top amount of pasta. The Mussels with Chorizo was ok but overpowered by the taste of the tomatoes in the sauce. Don't think we will be rushing back soon read more

Went to Sirocco for breakfast and the food, service and ambiance was phenomenal! VERY vegetarian friendly, we got the avocado toast (which they allowed us to remove onions since my mom doesn't eat), breakfast potatoes which melted in my mouth but still were crispy, fruit bowl which was fresh and sweet, and a ny style bagel which tasted incredible and was toasted to perfection. Reservations are through open table. We arrived on time and immediately. The restaurant does have a policy of holding your reservation for only 15 minutes. After being seated, the server came to our table immediately with glasses of took our order for cocktails or appetizers. Within minutes, she appeared with a basket of bread that proved to be the best bread we've tasted in a long while. It was served with pieces of garlic on the side and butter. There was a carafe of olive oil on the table when we arrived. I ordered a filet mignon, which was with carrots, asparagus, and whipped and a Demi glaze. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the whipped potatoes were somewhat and the presentation. The food however, was good although somewhat peppery. My wife ordered crab cakes which was with a tomato cucumber salad and roasted corn. The crabcakes were very peppery, but the tomato, cucumber salad, toned it down. These comments were conveyed to the server who responded promptly and advised the cook. She also offered a dessert on the house to each of us. Food was delicious and the mimosa was served in a wine glass :) The breakfast prices were very reasonable, especially for a hotel. I'd recommend the breakfast skillet! This is a hidden gem in Rehoboth beach! My partner and I stayed at the Hilton and day-of found out there was a restaurant on the first floor. I'm glad we tried it out first night because the food was AMAZING! The servers were wonderful, and the manager was constantly ensuring all guests were enjoying themselves and their meals. We had the grilled lemon chicken kabobs to start which were so flavorful. For entrees, we got the lamb chops and veal shank. Both were delicious and well-balanced flavorful meals, our plates were clean of even the sides when we were finished! For dessert we had the BEST pistachio baklava I ever had, I would gladly go back just to experience all of those dishes again. Some of the tables are small, but the lighting and ambiance of the restaurant quickly make you forget that. read more

Finally tired this place based on everyone's rave reviews! Super tasty, inventive food and cocktails with fun and very knowledgeable waitstaff. The atmosphere is sleek and modern. While it's basically attached to the lobby of the newly refurbished Coast Hotel, I didn't feel like I was "in the lobby". Sitill, I would like it a bit cozier. Some tables are pretty close to the music speakers and they are happy to move you if they aren't packed. It does get busy, so definitely get your reservations! Next time, I want to site at the bar and sample more appetizers. The saganaki that went by looked fun, and Yes, they will set it on fire table side! Started with their special gin and tonic. Very botanical with some crushed ginger. Flavorful, though a touch on the sweet side. The scallops are amazing. My only suggestion would be more veggies and a bit less of the risotto, which is delicious. We shared the grilled Caesar salad, tasty and comes with a gorgeous grilled half lemon (which accompanies several dishes). The chicken and olives is packed with flavor. Appetizer was Greek Salad, Small Plate of Gambas al Ajillo (Gulf Shrimp) & dinner was Pan Seared Scallops (Risotto to die for!!!) & Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. We could not have had a better experience at Sirocco. From the wine to the entree. The grill octopus was perfectly cooked with a delicious red pepper purée. The cheese board had a visual pleasing presentation and outstanding selection of items. The main course we both chose was a filet with grilled asparagus and a potato square with just the right amount of horseradish. Jennifer was our incredible server, she reminded me of Melissa McCarty. Full of energy, fun to be around. She was full of knowledge of the food and wine. She made recommendations that paired the food well with the wine. Service of the hotel and restaurant staff was exceptional We made reservations for 7 and then decided we were too hungry and asked to be moved to 6:00. They pleasantly accommodated. We ordered wine and caprese salad .... It was so surprisingly good -instead of a slice of tomato , the cheese, which was a luscious burrata, lied on a bed of sliced grape tomatoes tossed in olive oil with toasted pine nuts and mini greens Onto dinner... two overly sized crab cakes-pure crab, no filler, with seasonal squashes. My husband had 5 seared scallops on a bed of polenta with sweet corn sprinkled through it. One of the most delightful dinners ever. We took my left over crab-cakes back to the room and enjoyed them warm the next morning. read more

Went here for my birthday about a month ago. SO delicious. I ordered the Osso Buco. It was huge and so very tender. Rather than the usual risotto, it was served with heavenly whipped potatoes. I'm not the biggest potato fan but these were totally amazing. Other dishes that earned praise were the mussels app, octopus, the saganaki and the filet. Elizabeth, the chefs wife and hostess was absolutely delightful & fabulous in accommodating our needs to combine two parties into one. She also assisted our servers in the wine and food service throughout the evening. No one in Rehoboth gives this much attention to detail in service! All of our courses were hot and innovative in taste. Btw, Fridays are half price bottle of wine night! This is a super deal featuring a very hand selected wine list at a fraction of the cost. To end our meal they brought us a complimentary sample of some of their delectable desserts. They were outstanding as well. WOW! Just WOW! First time in Rehoboth Beach. Off season. Staying at the brand new Tapestry by Hilton. Decided to have dinner at the restaurant in our hotel since it was a rainy day and it was a beautiful setting. We started with the two whiskey cocktails: Nightfall Manhattan and Triple B Old Fashioned. Our waiter Brandon was outstanding. He completely understood that we were sharing and sampling and did the table side citrus bubble on the Manhattan for each of us in turn. Both cocktails were delicious (thanks John!) with the Triple B being on the sweeter side and a great choice for after dinner. We chose the pan seared scallop and filet au poivre entrees and shortly after ordering I was told that the kitchen was out of the risotto accompaniment, but could substitute the couscous. I was fine with that especially since it was quite late. When our food arrived it looked amazing, and I have to say that every bite was outstanding from start to finish. We've had some pretty high end meals and this one was in our top five. I wouldn't have changed a thing. The steak and scallops were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The steak was super tender and flavorful. The asparagus was perfect, the couscous complemented the scallops as nicely as the risotto would have. We loved it so much we went back the next evening for a late snack and chose the carpaccio, which again was perfection! We sat at the bar and got the chance to meet the chef! Fantastic upscale dining experience. The restaurant is located in the Coast Hotel and is fairly new. They get high marks for food, presentation, vibe and service. Loved the Expresso Martinis served with shaved chocolate on top. The bread was warm and crusty served with a roasted garlic spread or butter. They have a limited selection menu, offering salads, small plates and main entrees. We shared the Insalata di Caprese, a creamy Burrata with tomatoes, pine nuts, olive oil and balsamic. It was enough for two, fresh and delicious. I had the Filet au Poivre which was cooked to perfection served with asparagus and au gratin potatoes. My husband had the Frutti de Mare which had scallops, clams and shrimp over a bed of fresh fettuccine with a moderately spicy tomato sauce. An excellent choice for the seafood lover. The meal was delicious from beginning to end. I highly recommend you won't be disappointed. read more

We had a great experience at Sirocco last night. We are local to the area and love checking out the new spots that open up. Started with drinks - they have a good bartender who's really talented. Espresso martini was a top 5 for my hubby. Service was great - very friendly. We had the charred octopus app which was fantastic and cooked just right followed by the scallop entree and crabcakes. The only thing I would critique was that the polenta under the scallops was a bit too salty for me, but otherwise, very good. We'll definitely go back! read more
