Horrible food and don't give a crap attitude of waitress. Had to ask two people to bring my salad dressing. Salad came out no dressing after I ordered it with and had to repeat when I ordered it. Never saw any sign of a manager. I will never step foot in any Applebee's again. read more

Food was average at best. Kid's pasta dish was so spicy it was inedible. Although staff was friendly several mistakes were made-white was brought instead of a Cabernet, received applesauce instead of fries. Hamburger was ordered medium and it came out cooked so much it literally crunched. read more

We placed an online order for Applebee's through Waitr. First - Waitr is not at fault and actually ended up refunding us all the fees for delivery and the missing items. When our food arrived it was the wrong order. It was actually a curbside order (we know because it had the car make and model on the receipt). When I contacted the restaurant they asked if I had called Waitr and I told them I could not stop the driver and didn't have a number. They gave me the number and said to call them and see if we could get someone to pick it up. They never offered a solution or even bothered to ask about the food we did get. My husband called back and asked if we could just pick it up ourselves, to which he did. In the meantime, I called Waitr and they refunded us the deliver and tip fees. When my husband arrived for the order he never received an apology and was blown off by the girl who messed things up to begin with. He had brought back the order we received out of courtesy as well. When he got home we discovered that we STILL had missing items. In addition, my son's order was wrong and the baked potatoes I had ordered were just mashed potatoes in a cup - literally. If I'd wanted mashed potatoes I would have asked for that. I contacted Waitr and they refunded us for the missing items. We will NEVER order from Applebee's again and will suggest no one else do the same. It was an absolutely terrible experience and we spent hard earned money on crap. read more

Haven't been there in a while so I just came with my wife for sweet alcohol and dessert. A mudslide, of course they didn't have it and that was fine, things on the menu changed. But the server did not know the menu or at least offer to ask the bartender for suggestions. She then got me a very sour margarita, complete opposite of what I wanted, after the Manager said she take care of it I got a nice drink only to then find out they added it to my tab never removing the first drink. called in to place an order was hung up on the first time by Shakia 6-8-2016 at 245pm, called back telephone was answered by the same person Shakia told her I would like to place an order and that we were disconnected last time. She said it was not me, I told her tghat both calls were answered bye the same person saying they were Shakia, shee then passed the phone to another person and proceded to talk in the background that she did not answer the phone. After listening to them fuss over who answered the phone I was asked would I like to order. I told them that since it was a bother for them to take my order that I would just visit another restaurant in Prattville. This is the second time that my visits to this restaurant were not satisfactory. read more

Okay...this is a standard Applebee's.....exactly know what to expect, meets expectations. The plus here is the bartender, David!!! I have gone here periodically over the past years solely to sit at the bar, eat standard bar food and watch this guy in action! He is truly an entertainer & the kind of bartender you would expect to find at a local place. He is quick witted, a true smart butt & loves to treat the patrons rudely especially if you ask ridiculous questions...like what's the best appetizer...he will point you down the road to Krystals. He totally cracks me up!!! Last night we ordered steak. He asked how we wanted it cooked...and then said with the cook back there it doesn't matter anyway..... He is a true show bartender...if you want a show, someone to make you laugh and mix it up with you a little....this is the place to go! Everyone here is rude! No one greets you when you come in and no one says anything when you leave. We had to seat ourselves as well. We were so upset about the service that we didn't even order. Very unsanitary, there was a roach to crawl across the bar right in front of us. We got our things and left. read more

The wife and I just went to the Applebee's in Prattville for the last time. It use to be our favorite place. But tonight, food stains on the silverware, sticky table, soda and food stains on the wall and picture, both orders wrong, and the bathroom in need of repair. This use to be a nice place and now it's a third rate greasy spoon. read more

Food was good, but took forever and a day. Went on a Friday night, and I understand that food can be delayed on Fridays, but I shouldn't have to eat 30 minutes to get a hot fudge sundae shooter dessert. Ridiculous. read more

Terrible customer service! Rarely do the waitresses come and introduce themselves right away and take your drink order... You're having to wait at least 20 minutes when you sit at your table before ANYONE approaches you for anything... and the crazy thing is, there are other staff/waitresses standing against a wall, talking to each other. Everyone is uncaring and unconcerned about professionalism... Today was the second time I was disappointed with the rude service, so I walked out before anyone even approached us to take our order... Never going back there again! They need better management and more training! read more
