I normally like Applebees, but something has changed drastically at this restaurant! We were given dirty cutlery. I asked for another set. That was dirty too. Then the manager brought over the set in the pictures. I ended up wiping it on the napkin so I could use it. Suggested they change their brand of dishwasher detergent and was told they could not, because it came from Corporate. Ordered the 6 oz sirloin, cooked medium rare. When I put the knife in, it moo'd! Asked for it to be cooked a little more, and it still came out raw in the middle. I gave up. The mashed potatoes and broccoli needed salt. Overall the food was under seasoned. This is the first time I declined a to go box for uneaten food - It was not worth the calories! read more

Went there for Veterans Day, my husband had the burger and fries. I had the amazing grilled cheese burger,soup and fries. If you haven't been to try it, you are missing out. The service was outstanding and the manager was very friendly and thank my husband and gave him a $5 gift card. We'll be definitely be going back. Thank You!! read more

Not bad. Your average Applebee's. Staff seem disinterested in serving or dealing with people. Food is OK. Beer I asked for took forever to be served. Wait staff went to the back to "do chores" and forgot about me. Looks and feels like any other Applebee's. Good place for a quick bite when you are on the road. read more

This is my second time coming here and service has always been great! It's quick and friendly. There are a lot of tvs all around the restaurant so if you're here for a sports event, it won't be difficult to see the screen from any angle! I got a grilled chicken sandwich which was decent but a little bland. There wasn't much flavor to it even though it had bacon, cheese, and onions in it. There was an abundance of onions in the sandwich, a little bit too much. I got ranch dressing on the side but it was salty! There seems to be really good drink deals $1 strawberry margaritas for this month. They also have different deals on certain days so be sure to ask about them! I hadn't been to Applebee's in a while, and tonight, I was reminded why. There is something wrong when you pay $14.97 + tip for a small, pathetic bowl of mac and cheese noodles with watery cheese sauce, a few chicken tenders, and an over cooked breadstick. I know some people probably like it, but I'm also not a fan of the sweet glaze that is all over the tenders mixing in with my cheese sauce - it just makes things watery and cold real fast. I just.. when I signed off on a nearly $18 charge to my credit card for that.. I was entirely disappointed. I could've eaten higher quality food for $7 at Noodles & Company. I'm sorry, but unless you're serving some high-quality food, you shouldn't be charging $14 for a pasta bowl. That said, I had an attentive, kind waiter. He checked on me often, my water glass was never empty, and everything was prompt. For these reasons, I gave the 3 stars. However, he did get my order wrong. I wanted the 3 cheese chicken penne, but I got the four cheese mac & cheese. It was close enough so I just ate it. It cost me the extra 3 dollars. The Applebee's environment was also good. They had wifi, and I was able to get a comfortable corner booth seat and do some work while eating. The restaurant was quite busy, but not packed, which I like. P.S. I ordered steak and it was over cooked and had a tail. How do you mess up a rare steak. The steak was super low quality. The potatoes were great as were the pretzel sticks and mozzarella sticks but the marinara sauce was dried out. They did make a great strawberry daiquiri! Tables were clean. This restaurant was very underwhelming and treated our family as though we are a nuisance. I have someone in my family who is handicapped and they tried to seat us at a high top table. when we asked to be sat at a booth, they seemed to have trouble accommodating us even though there were very few people in the restaurant. When we finally got to our table, we were seated in the far corner in the dark, barely able to read our menus. When we ordered, the food we got was cold, unseasoned, and downright uneatable. Waited and waited on our meal but people who came in after we arrived got their meal first. From the start,  the server did not pay attention to our table after 2 people started off with just water. After ordering shakes,  they came all melted and when our food arrived,  our server didn't even provide silverware /napkins, we had to wave down the hostess and our food wasn't even made right. We just ate it because we knew it would take forever to get anything back. Our server then gave silverware when antother group was seated When even attempting for a ticket,  he handed it off walked off for 10 minutes and after paying he dropped the receipt and walked away with barley even talking to us. Our service was fine, the girl was attentive and kind, however- the food tonight was cold. In fact, the whole establishment was a bit chilly. Maybe this was why??? I've been eating at this Applebee's for years. It is less than a five-minute drive from home. Service was exceptional and the hot food was fresh. The dessert is also a huge plus. Would recommend with friends and families and for occasional parties. read more

They were under staffed and incredibly rude about it. I understand it is frustrating, but they took it out on the customers. It was the hostesses and were unprofessional. I've loved everything I've tried here. I'm sure most Applebee's are similar, but the menu really does have something for everyone. Our waitress Emily did everything perfectly. zero stars- to the Owner and Manager this is an urgent message, please take time get over to your business. There must be many health violation occurring here. The moment you walk in you can see the filth, on the floor, the booths and the wait staff hanging and chatting at the bar, the bathroom area has the stench of backed up sewer, which is easily managed by pouring soap water down the drain. the table section on the left side of building all were dirty, the wait staff left a dirty rag on the table never once tried to clean the tables , as they were too busy socializing. I wanted to walk out the moment I entered, but my companion was Hangry (that so hungry your angry) so I sat there mortified, I ordered the New Chicken sand, it was not edible. Our waiter did a good job of paying attention to us, but was easily distracted by the other guys socializing at the bar, I guess that's why he did not take the time to clean his station of tables or the take care of the floors. The Booths are in dire need of a deep clean, they have months of stains so disgusting. Please Get over to this location and Clean it and train your employees to do a good job for their pay check. Extremely disappointed with the service we experienced at Applebee's today for lunch. I arrived with a party of four today for lunch right at noon. We were seated quickly, and our server was quick to come over and get us our drinks. One of us asked if a television could be turned to play a live soccer game (there were three TVs in front of us all playing a rerun of a previous game), and the waitress did change a TV for us, however, it was one of the TVs directly behind our heads so that the person who asked could not see. We placed our orders at approximately 12:15 and waited for our food, while we watched tables who sat after us with larger parties get their food. At 1pm, we were wondering where our food and our waitress was, as she had not stopped at our table since taking our order. She finally came around and told us that something within the system was down and she needed to retake our orders. We debated whether or not to eat there, and she insisted we would get our food within 2-5 minutes. Ultimately, we decided to continue with our order and waited another 10 minutes before receiving our food. Eventually, we got our checks with barely an apology, and only one pen for the four of us to sign our bills. When going to Applebee's, one expects a quick and cheap meal, and ours certainly was not quick (ended up leaving right at 1:30pm). There certainly should have been some attempt to try to get us to leave happy after watching multiple tables arrive after us and leave before us. Will not be coming back. read more
