This is right around the corner from my place and they have half price certain drinks and appetizers from 3-6 and 9-close. The food was basic, margarita barely had any alcohol but the waitress was friendly. The place was clean and each table had a screen to order, play games and pay so that was pretty neat. For a cheap late night bite to eat you could to better or worse. read more

Went for late night half price apps - you can't beat the prices, great deal. Restaurant was very clean, service was very fast, food tasted great, and our waitress was awesome. Only downside was the hostess was a little rude. read more

My burger was okay in taste due to it not being fully cooked, way to much cheese thats not american and the bun being to small and way to thick. The service was nice with good seats, not to crowded here and you can hear the person your withs conversation. read more

So everything had over an hour wait, we caved and went to Applebee's. We were then reminded of why we never eat there. I would rate this Applebee's 3/5 if compared to other Applebee's. You know what you get, however this one is better Than the somerdale location. I had the pretzels and cheese which I enjoyed. They were soft and surprisingly seasoned well. The burger was sub par. Come Applebee's, gotta get a burger right. At least the server was friendly and we sat quickly. Only pros. If you get a food craving and just need to eat out, do yourself a favor and wait or go to 5 guys. read more

Walking in on Friday and was able to be seated right away with a decent crowd. Sat down and ordered the beef nachos , which were pretty filled with an assortment of your cheese, beef, jalapenos etc. Nachos were pretty good, a lot of flavor and every chip had something on it which is a plus. For entree I had the chicken fajitas with fries on the side. This dish was not for me as it was packed with tons of cheese and red onions off the chain. Though my friend got a burger and I regret not getting that as it looked pretty good haha. Service was pretty good , drinks keep coming and they seem to be on top of their game for a busy Friday night. If you have not been to an applebees; before they are good for groups or if you just want to come in for a quick beer. Located right next to a movie theater is always a plus if you need a place to stop in real quick. Food is of course what it is, but if your hungry I am sure you will find something to enjoy. read more

We ordered through the app. We ordered our food so it would be done after our arrival to the restaurant. Our order was correct, on time, hot and with descent portions. All employees we encountered were polite and friendly. The steak we ordered was cooked to perfection. Crispy on the outside, pink on the inside. I've been coming to this Applebee's for around 8 years now. I usually go when Tara is the bartender. She is very friendly to everyone and she also waits on tables. And she never misses a beat. If you want a wonderful time at a bar you should go and visit Tara every chance you get. She is the best I ever met. read more

Applebees is one of my favorite places! I'm often there for dinner & my grandchildren always get excited when I say we are going there to eat! The ribs are delicious, the service is good, the waiters are really nice & I have very few complaints! That said, they took the Chicken Teriyaki off the menu a year ago & that was very disappointing!!! This dish was a favorite for many people & it's really a shame that they took it off the menu. My friends & I would go there once a week just to have it & now go elsewhere for a meal they once really enjoyed at Applebees. I just don't get it! Seems like all of the favorites disappear from the menu! Hope they reconsider & put it back on!!! Customers will be happy & visit more often. Cannot tell you how many people have complained about that not being served anymore. That was a compliment to the establishment that people would go often just to have that meal. If you keep taking favorites off the menu, it sends people elsewhere looking to enjoy something they once looked forward to at Applebees!!! Reconsider please!!!! read more

Placed an order online for delivery & when it arrived, it was wrong. Specifically ordered my steak well done and received it rare. Mashed potatoes were like warm. Not happy at all. Ended up having to argue for my refund since they said that redelivering would be over an hour. Strange since it is a Tuesday night & the original order arrived in less than 20 minutes. May have given a better review if management was more willing to fix the problem right away instead of pushing back. I definitely do not recommend delivery from this location. They need to learn what customer service is. read more

Applebee's is my least favorite sit-down chain, but this particular location gets three stars from me for three reasons. One, the food is decent provided you don't choose anything off of the Weight Watchers menu.* Two, it is the only casual restaurant with a liquor license in the same lot as the movie theatre. Three, this location is also in very close proximity to the Flyers Skate Zone, where practices are held. Anything that heightens my chances of a run-in with a Flyer is a-ok with me. Footnotes: *I have much love for WW and their invaluable points system (that helped this girl and countless others lose the freshman you-know-what), but the point-friendly Applebee's items are gross. I whip up more flavorful and healthy recipes in my own kitchen, which is approximately two by four feet. read more

The service here has always been great. If I ever had an issue it was resolved immediately. I like the service here so much, I get upset when I watch other people drive away without tipping their curbside runner. Yesterday, I was a little disappointed with the service. I pulled up to the curbside pick up space and it took nearly 10 minutes before someone realized that I was waiting there. Someone is usually walking out the door before I can even put the car in park. I received the same pleasant service I always do so that ten minute wait was now an after thought. Everyone can be at the top of their game all the time. When I got home however, I realized the issue followed me home. My wife did not receive the right sirloin dinner she ordered. Further more if she was allergic to nuts the night would have been a disaster. Despite everything that happened yesterday I am still a fan. I used to despise Applebees. I wouldn't eat there unless my supervisors were paying for lunch. I don't know if its the change in with the menu, the way the food is prepared, or if it is just this particular establishment but, I am a fan of Applebee's. read more

Very meh. I went here to meet a friend for a drink and ended up spending 3 hours and ~$35...thankfully I had a $50 gift card! Once we were seated we ended up spending getting 3 miller lites, 3 other beers (forget what my friend ordered), and 1 appetizer. The miller lites were $5 a pop, what a rip off! The appetizer,fried green beans, was pretty good but way too salty, and the waitress didn't come back for awhile so we were not able to relay this feedback to her. My friend and I were really cold and we asked the waitress if the a/c was on, ie, a nice way of inquiring about the temperature in the restaurant. She responded with a quick 'yes' then walked away before we were able to ask her to turn it down. Um, it was 60 degrees outside, why the heck would you have the a/c on? Luckily about 10 minutes later the manager came right behind me and raised the temp (thermostat was right behind me) and lowered it for us, but didn't even ask us if we were comfortable with the temperature or how our meal was, which was pretty weird.. overall, nothing memorable - it is an applebee's after all... read more

This Applebees is definately one of the nicer and more frielndly Applebees that I have been to. My fiancé and I usually eat here once a week and we just love everything about the place. The best place to eat is up at the bar. Pat is there almost every night and he is just so friendly and knowledgable about the menu. The place is very clean and well kept as well. The food portions and quality are worth every penny. I would highly suggest their burgers and fajitas. Delicious!! We also enjoy the Blue Moon which is ice cold and on draft. Everything about th environment is just so inviting and warm. Enjoy!! read more

We all know and love...we all do love Applebees right...anyways. I go here for Happy Hour sometimes and I always have a good time. It's usually easy to find a seat at the bar, the bar staff is always really nice and take good care of you, and the drinks are definitely reasonable. I'm only giving 3 stars because I'd give food a 5 but music is always too loud and unknown songs for anyone over 45. Why not create a quiet room? Loud music is the new smoking. We won't be back for a while because of music and we eat out 2-3 times per week. Sorry Applebee's read more

From the beginning to the end everything was great. It didn't take long to be seated which I liked but, then again it was a Tuesday evening LOL. But my waitress was terrific a young lady who was very attentive and had great customer service skills . I had a sirloin steak with garlicky green beans and mashed potatoes and everything was excellent. I cannot complain or even ask for more at Applebee's. The food was good which was a little surprising because I am not a Applebee's fan. It's been awhile since I've been at Applebee's but I can honestly say they were pretty good. I went here with my boyfriend on a Saturday last Saturday so May 12, 2018 and we went around 5:30pm. It was crowded some. We didn't have to wait for a table long. The waiter was really nice. The food was good also. I finished everything and so did my boyfriend. This was my first time at this location that I can remember and I would definitely come back. After coming here I did notice that all of these locations of this business changed there menu. So I can't comment on that because it's not just this location that changed there menu for certain thing so again I can't comment on that. We had a nice time and we obviously liked the food because we ate every last bit of it! My boyfriend got a chicken burger and I got some I think it was honey chicken tenders with mack and cheese. This place is awful. Service was terrible. Went with my cousin and my boyfriend and our server didn't want to serve us. Took 15 mins to come to our table even though we were the only people in the restaurant. Refused to serve my 40 year old cousin bc he did not have his ID. We are hispanic and my cousin has a lot of tattoos. If you ask me they were just racist and rude. My cousin said the f-bomb under his breath and the server told the manager that we cursed at her and she refused to serve us. Manager then kicked us out bc we couldn't "disrespect his employees" Ridiculous would never go back. read more

TERRIBLE AND PATHETIC. SHOULD BE CLOSED! I've been eating at Applebee's for almost 20 years now. I have ordered food and drinks at least 30 different location all across the country. Never in my life have i received service as terrible as I just did. They refused to serve a 40 yr old which looks 55 because he didn't have his id. This is after making a scene in front of our table. This is after making us wait almost 20 minutes for service in an empty store. Then the Manager said to either leave or stay quiet. STAY QUIET? Absolutely pathetic management and service. Will never go to Applebee's again. No wonder it was empty. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. read more

I didn't enjoy my experience here at this Applebee's location. The waitress was rude, smelled of cigarette smoke (took my appetite away), and completely disregarded us as customers. What I mean by that is she would come by our table ask us if everything was okay (in an annoyed voice) and then before we could say anything she had already walked away. The service overall was quick, we were sat right away and our food came out within 20 minutes of us sitting down. read more

Terrible service. Manager was extremely unprofessional and the Bartender was very rude. Had one drink and it was terrible. I went with a group of people, we were going to order food but the service was just unacceptable, so we left and and went over to Ott's. Go to Ott's, it's in same parking lot, the staff over there is very friendly and quick with the service too. I want to report the manager of Applebee's to corporate but did not get her name. She doe not deserve the job. Seriously don't waste your time or money here. read more

Came to Applebee's for a surprise birthday dinner. They started us off with what they claimed to be wings but they were just chicken nuggets with wing ji on them. I feel like that was a jip so they lost one star. Other than that it was pretty epic because my fries, za sticks and chicken was good. I remember this visit to Applebees in Voorhees vividly. To....the.....T. It was the start of the work week and I had a horrible day at work with the students and staff I deal with in my building. Wife took me to Applebees after work for a much needed drink and good ( not sure if I got a chance to eat lunch that day which wouldn't be surprising). Well tonight started off just like any other pre cinema night. We went out to eat at a restaurant near the theater. We selected Applebee's. Upon arriving we decided to sit at the bar for quicker service. the servers and bar tenders were discussing some issues with the managers and employees. This is already a bad sign. Secondly, after we ordered our drinks and meal, the bar tender named Brooke A L and the store general manager Brian Sheen, began to talk at the bar basic shop talk( how's the bar this evening, and do you need anything). During this brief convo the bartender ate two olives from the bar, spitting the pits into her hand and failing to wash her hands for the duration of my time at the restaurant 45 minutes. This was the first offense to me as a patron. It showed me that the management does not understand Sanitation, not do they possess the servsafe alcohol. The bar tender was coughing and sneezing into her sleeve which is acceptable. Lastly, after I asked for the check the bartender (Brooke) again did something disgusting. She took a used martini glass and filled it with the wrong order or concoction. Realizing this she poured the drink over the beer bottle well which was filled with full beer bottles that are to be served to customers. This was enough for me. I am a chef and restauranteur, but I will never eat at any of these establishments after knowing the staff is not properly trained. I would fire the bartender Brooke and the GM Brian Sheen. This franchise needs to have a secret shopper or guest because the staff and management is clueless what is sanitary when serving the public. CEP the angered and disgusted Chef read more

Change tables in all washrooms. Not that they care about my business, but they lost it.

And as The Misses stated as we pulled away, "I never knew this place existed, and I'm happy to go back to that." Ouch. First, the good: - The building is spacious, and looked clean. There is plenty of room, and table and bar seating. - The menu is vast, with a lot of options - Service was fine. The bad: - Mulligans is wildly expensive. I think the cheapest thing to eat was a small bowl of fries, which was $7.95 (more on this in The Ugly.) An APPETIZER of chicken fingers was over $13 dollars, and that didn't include fries. I was shocked at some of the prices.... - speaking of those prices, they had Happy Hour AND Lunch specials.....that were almost the exact same price as the regular menu prices. So, a flatbread from the menu was like $12, but the Happy Hour "deal" was a flatbread for $10*....(again, more on this in a second....) How is that a deal? Yardhouse, for example, does HALF PRICE flatbreads during happy hour. - That barely discounted flatbread was also underseasoned, by the way. It looked ok, and had nice sized chicken chunks on it, but The Misses said that everything was underseasoned. I guess you need to just pony up the $13+ for an appetizer chicken tenders meal. The UGLY: - About those prices....they don't match the menu. I can't stand the price bait and switch, yet Mulligans hit us with it for every item. That bullshit $10 happy hour "deal" is actually $10.40 on the receipt. (BEFORE tax, before one of you wise ass economists chimes in....) My "$11.95 lunch special" was actually $12.43, and the Little Ones small side of fries came in at $8.06. Now, these are just slight little increases, but it's the point that the actual prices arenn't the same as the menu price. All of this is made even worse by the fact that.... - ...anything other than cash incurs a FOUR percent surcharge! So, our meal had an ADDITIONAL $3 tacked on because we paid with a card, like normal people. Who's walking around with cash in 2026? Drug dealers? There is just no reason to travel here to overpay for incorrectly price labeled food that you will then have to pay ANOTHER premium on at the end. The food was FINE, but fine isn't worth the upcharge.

A friendly woman helped us at the counter where we ordered from basically a small version of the Buffalo Wild Wing sitdown restaurant's menu. My mom ordered a burger, and I had wings. The food was cooked fresh to order which I appreciated but meant it was the same wait in the restaurant, challenging the "GO" promise of this "fast food" version of BWW. If left me a bit confused how this was more advantageous than going to the restaurant, especially because there wasn't a drive-thru and takeout didn't seem to save you any money over the BWW restaurant experience. The food was the same as the restaurant, including all of the sauce options. The location is quite small but you do have some privacy, though not a lot. The workers were friendly and attentive without hovering, which I expected for counter service. This isn't a bad option if you don't want to make the drive to farther BWW locations, but I'm still confused what the advantage is of going here rather than the restaurant.

So, we came in for a 6-piece wings promotion they hosted one afternoon. I figure it would be an excellent opportunity to try their wings at a discounted price. Or rather have my wife try their wings since she is the wings connoisseur. At that time (early afternoon), it was packed with people taking advantage of the same promotion. But even despite that, the person who took my order (who presumably seemed like the head manager) was very friendly and courteous. As I sat down for just one minute, my order was ready... Wow! Super quick. And from what my wife told me, she enjoyed the wings very much (Asian Zing flavor). Now, given the higher price point, the portions are a little smaller than expected, but if you have a coupon or discount, it makes it reasonable. And if you aren't a wings person, they have burgers here, too!

They've "improved" their breakfast specials by making them smaller and raising prices. Apparently, they're also saving money by adding absolutely no seasoning to their food. And our server raised disinterest and inattentiveness to an art form. It didn't help that we sat near a large group that seemed to be completing its training for the World Cussing Championships. It will be a good while before we give this place another try.

We ended up asking the hostess for coffee. The meal took an eternity and they brought our appetizers with the meal. Totally disconnected from previous visits. The food was just as good but the delay was ridiculous. I've spoken to others who felt the same way. Nothing turns off longtime patrons than inconsistent service and wait staff that is disinterested. We always leave 20% because having been a wait person previously, I understand the job. It was hard to leave it this time because it surely wasn't earned.
