We have boarded our dog there a few times, with no problems. But this last time, we brought both of our dogs. We asked if they could be kenneled together the woman (owners wife),
said that would be fine. We were dropping them off at 5pm and picking them up by 6pm the next day.
We arrived at the kennel at 545pm, saw the owner and his wife sitting in the office.
When we got inside, they said our dogs had "gotten in a little tussle". We did not receive a call about anything!!!!
We were shocked to see our dogs very bloody, and still bleeding as they were taken out of the kennels. This was a Sunday evening, so we had to contact our vet, and it was an emergency visit. Our dogs were injured badly enough they had to stay over night. The bill together for both dogs was $950.00.
We went the next day nd spoke with the owners wife to ask why they didn't try to break the dogs up using water or something, and why we were not called. The owner was suppose to call us , but has been 2 days and no phone call.
A phone call at the time of the incident should have been priority!!!!!
Insult to injury we were charged for 2 days (90.80) when our dogs were there 24 hours. In the past when we have dropped our dog off for 24 hours, we were only charged for 1 day. This was an expensive experience, and dealing with people who are not professional. read more
