So my mother in law recently had to move to Missouri. And her Medicaid is pending approval and the receptionist was extremely rude to her and said "well we have to see you because you just had surgery" because my mother in law didn't have any money for the visit today. Dr. Appleman is an amazing doctor but the lady that schedules his surgery and I'm assuming files his insurance (not the receptionist) was horribly rude every time we've been there. She seemed as if we were bothering her by needing to schedule a surgery and wanting to do it at my place of employment versus the surgery center. I hope the Drs.
