Very unprofessional. The office manager has never resolved any issues I've brought to her, my former neighbor left their car here back in December with a flat tire (it's April now) and it's still here with a flat tire, the maintenance team doesn't wear uniforms so pretty much anyone could walk up to your door and claim to be maintenance and enter your home, and they don't notify you when working on your property unless it involves entering your home so I've had the power go out for hours at a time out of the blue because they were monkeying around with the electrical box in my yard. I've had my fill of this place and will be moving out shortly. Seriously don't move here, you're better off renting a house somewhere, in plenty of cases it's more affordable than this dump and you have less rules and sh*tty neighbors. read more

After walking into the clubhouse and getting a smell of moldy water damage hitting you in the face, the sales associate was unpleasant. Had an appointment at 2 o'clock and showed up a little early to just look around on my own and was talked to in the most insincere manner possible. After standing around for 10 minutes, Kristin then proceeded to inform me that we may go see the property. After a hop, skip, and a jump to the unit we went inside to a very dirty unit, which is fine as long as it is cleaned before move-in. Looked around the unit and asked a couple questions. Which she didn't know the answer to, and I guess couldn't figure it out, but that's neither here nor there. Asked one final question before leaving the unit, "Is the unit gas only?" In which she replied, "What do you mean by that?" After explaining the simple minded question was given a snotty remark and present with a meh response. Good luck. read more
