Preston St. Location. Takes 5+ hours to be seen on almost any day, even by someone for intake. Went for refill of a medication and was told I should go see an NP instead and when I mentioned I couldn't comfortably afford it, was met with a mocking tone about it. Went on two different days and didn't see anyone either because I can't spend more than 6+ hours at a clinic just waiting when I have to work. They got as far as faxing my pharmacy but gave them an incorrect number to send files to. They have huge issues with communicating information about cost of services and transferring any kind of files at all their locations from what I've heard from others. Walk in only, even if you're rostered, no appointments with the same doctor which causes issues with consistency of care. They very obviously take on way more patients than they can handle, and do not care about quality of care. Ended up digging out of my emergency fund to see an NP elsewhere. read more

This is possibly one of the worst clinics for a walkin patient. Since My family Dr. retired a few months ago I had little choice but to visit a clinic. They told me that they had no Doctors at the site and I would have to be seen by a NP (Nurse Practitioner) , which for whatever reason carries a charge of $97, and is not covered by OHIP ,nor my health plan with my employer (Government of Canada) as I found out later. They did not bother informing me that the fee was not covered by anyone , and if that wasn't bad enough Their service was subpar at best and the Nurse had an absolute terrible bedside manor. After talking for about 5 minutes she was done and prescribed some medication. when she came back into the room I wanted to inform her that I was also experiencing some chest pains, to which she replied "Sorry, I'm out of time", having spent 5 minutes with me. I was referred to Dr Cheifetz who is a super old psychiatrist for mental health support. He didn't take any time to listen to me or my story. He could barely hear me speak (so old he should be retired) so I had to repeat everything. And then he offered me antidepressants after 5 mins of meeting me. He ended our appointment in 10 minutes when I said I wasn't comfortable taking the meds without an assessment. I do not recommend him at all! read more

The first time I was on hold for over an hour. Then they put me on hold again to see if I was ALLOWED to reschedule an appointment they made while we were out of the country. They then said a new appointment time would be sent to me via email. Then I received a voice-mail asking me to call back and rebook. The next time I called back again (after already spending over an hr to try to do this) I was on hold for over 1 hr and 30 minutes before someone name Cenisha answered and told me i was not allowed to rebook the appointment because of the missed appointment. I mentioned that you sent the referral again and she said they never got it. I asked to speaknto her supervisor and was told no. I HAVE NOW SPENT OVER 2.5 HOURS TRYING TO REBOOK THIS APPOINTMENT. I just returned to Ottawa after being away for 3 years and have been trying to find a doctor. I phoned every health clinic I could find, the Ont. government website for finding a doctor and the answer that kept coming back was to use Appletree. So I registered with them through their online portal. I'm a senior and was hoping I could use them for annual physicals and any health issues that arise. But my immediate need is prescription renewals. The easiest thing for me was to talk to a doctor through their telemedicine service. So, I booked an appointment through their online portal for yesterday, Aug 3 2021. I received a questionnaire via email, three times, and my phone messenger once. I filled them in (all the same) and sent them via their portal. I received no further communication and read a message on my Appletree portal saying that the telemedicine appointment was cancelled and to call their phone number. I did that, was put on hold, and after a couple of minutes, the line went dead. I tried again and booked for this morning. I have received no communication from them. The next appointment I can book on their portal is in mid October, and so, I will need to do a walk-in clinic visit with likely long wait times despite whatever they show for wait times on their portal. I'll bring a book. I just read a number of Appletree reviews and it seems that I'm not the only one who is unhappy with them. OHIP should have a good look at Appletree. Not that I'm happy with OHIP either. I have decided to email my MPP and the MP for my riding and tell them about my experience with Appletree and doctor availability in Ottawa. read more

I would give 5 stars to the receptionist, she's helpful, kind and an active listener. Unfortunately,I can't give zero stars to Dr. Pablo. I'm wodering if he's really a doctor. My mom was having calf and foot pain. When se stepped down, she feels pain. After explaining the issue to Dr. Pablo, he simply said ''take her to the hospital, they might do an xRay for her''. I replied ''ok'', but would you please get close to her, watch her how she walks, identify the cause of the pain because clearly she doesn't have anything broken, and an XRay would not help disgnose other things, proabably it's a blood clot or something else''. Dr. Pablo simply answered:'' I will not do ANYTHING, just take her to the hospital"; I swear he was away from her for the 5 mn conxultation , and she was on the bed! if I need to take her to the hospital, would I have brought her to a clinic? I was really shocked about his unwillingness, his lack of competence and his zero empathy. I would definetely not recommend this clinic and specifically this dotor. My boyfriend and I originally went to the location on Preston, but once we found out that it was an hour-long wait, we walked over to this location on Slater. I had never been to an Appletree Medical Centre before, so I thought it was pretty cool that they are very computerized, which makes everything really organized. Their website shows the wait time for all of their locations, and they have flatscreen TVs in their waiting rooms that show the same information. They also have an automated kiosk, where you can just swipe your health card to sign-in, and before you are seen by the doctor, the medical assistant takes your blood pressure, asks you a few questions, and writes all your information down on one of those electronic writing pads. Since I was new to Appletree, the lady at the desk took my health card and my current contact information, asked me if I preferred a certain doctor, and put me on the wait list. My boyfriend and I didn't wait very long. I was seen in about 5 minutes, and he was seen right after me. After the medical assistant came in and asked me what the reason was for my visit, I waited for less than 10 minutes for the doctor to come in. While I was waiting though, I couldn't help but HEAR EVERYONE ELSE in the different rooms!! I could hear people talking quite clearly, including my boyfriend's entire conversation with the doctor that he was with. This was very concerning for privacy issues. When the doctor came in the room, he introduced himself and, like the medical assistant, also asked me why I was there. I knew he wasn't planning on being there for very long, as he stood up and leaned against the counter. My boyfriend later pointed out that this was the only clinic he's ever been to that doesn't have a chair for the doctor to sit. After we spoke to our respective doctors, we found out why. Both my boyfriend and I were in and out within 5 minutes. I was having a bad reaction to a recent prescription I received and asked to change it, and the doctor asked me about 2 questions before he prescribed me a year's worth of something else. My boyfriend was feeling very sick and was in a lot of pain, and they didn't ask him very many questions, and, instead, prescribed him a year's worth of migraine medication, without even informing him that it would cost over $300 to fill it. I walked out of the room and my boyfriend turned to me and said, "So you got a year long, too?" I didn't even have time to tell him yet, but he overheard it because of the walls. On one hand, this was all convenient because neither my boyfriend nor I needed any serious medical attention and really just needed a couple of quick prescriptions, but I felt that the doctor did not ask me some important questions about my health and history like other doctors usually do. So Appletree is another fly-by-night, low grade, walk in clinic that operates over TV cameras. They are about as interested in giving valid, useful medical advice and treatment as a person working at a summer camp that was forced to take a first aid course. They only allow ONE issue, because their policy is to milk a patient for as many visits as they can bill you for. IF, they give you a prescription, they don't sign for ANY refills, because their policy is for you to come back to them so they can bill the medical system for another visit. Patients are cash troughs for them to vacuum money out of the medical system with. They get paid like they're doctors, but they do the absolute minimum, with as little effort as possible. Thankfully, the local one in North BAY is closed now, but I look forward to the day (coming soon) when online AI medical advice is available, doing EXCATLY the same as these human parasites, and all these tele-doctors are put out of business. read more

They make you book appointments online which is great for most people. My parents are elderly and are not computer friendly. The clinic has no way to book appointments over the phone. I find that a discrimination to elders and anyone who doesn't own devices. I attempted to book an appointment for my parents and the website rejected there health card number. Went to the pap smear clinic at the Merivale clinic in Ottawa. The intake waiver literally says "The clinics are supervised by a Gynecologist who will **assess you and address any questions you have.**" I did in fact have questions/concerns that I wanted to discuss, which I noted on my intake form. This form went completed ignored because they had zero interest in reviewing my medical history in the appointment. I saw a doctor in the hallway on a computer, and the clinic seemed otherwise empty so I expected to have a chance to speak with the doctor. The nurse who did my swab barely said 5 words to me, and did not review or discuss my intake questionnaire or medical history whatsoever. I asked when I would get to see the actual doctor who my appointment was supposedly booked with, she said never - the gynaecologist who "supervises" never speaks to patients during the pap appointment, even though the description of my appointment says the doctor would "assess me and answer questions." Instead they force you to book a follow up and come back. It's a scam and absolute bare minimum service. This doctor collected their OHIP billing for the first appointment I supposedly had with them, and now gets to bill again for this unnecessary second appointment I had to book for the consultation that Apple Tree's own service description says should have been included the first visit. I won't even get started on the nurse's improper glove wearing...putting on the fresh pair she would examine me with and first touching everything around the room before doing my exam. I'm concerned about getting an infection from this since her techniques were so aggressive it wounded me which put me at risk for infection from her contaminated gloves. I was rushed out of the exam room and not offered anything to clean up my bleeding from the swabs. When I saw how badly I was bleeding from the pap, I'd had enough and didn't want anything else done to me by this person. When I saw her grab two more swabs, I tried asking what they were for (since there was zero communication), she mumbled something about "more tests" AS she put the swabs inside me, before I could consent to her proceeding. This place will do in a pinch. If you know what you want/what your diagnosis is when walking in this is probably the place for you. If you're looking for a thorough doctor to solve some mysterious illness you've had for months, you're better off looking elsewhere. I' ve been thoroughly impressed at the Preston location but less than impressed at this one, since I'm reviewing this particular location I'm only going to talk about my experience here. So, I came here a few weekends ago after I realized I almost definitely have some sort of respiratory infection. I waited for about an hour and a half to see a doctor. When I was called into the waiting room the "nurse" (I think it's just a technician, not actually a nurse), took my blood pressure and asked me a bunch of pointless questions he was reading off of his ipad. I was unimpressed by his lack of knowledge when I was giving him my info. The doctor came in and said "I've heard all about your chest. I'm going to listen to it". Without asking me anything, he listened to my chest in one spot (you're supposed to listen in several depending on the patient). And said "yeah you have a lung infection". When asked what type of lung infection (pneumonia, bronchitis etc.) he said "could be anything really". He was clearly in a hurry to shoo me out of there, which I expected, but he could have given me some more details. I feel like I was waited on at McDonalds rather than being treated at a health clinic. read more

Sadly, I have never been able to get a family doctor in Ottawa, so Appletree Slater Street has been my family doctor for the past seven years. And it's not so horrible. They have my medical history on file, so if I can't remember a prescription I had five years ago, it's not a problem. Front room staff may not always be super friendly, but they're courteous enough and I always remind myself of what kind of incredibly horrible people they must put up with on a daily basis. Sick people are the worst. I actually witnessed one woman (and granted, her little boy was puking over a garbage can) scream obscenities at the front staff because the doctor was 10 minutes late. I mean one, if your son has the flu do you NEED to bring him in to a walk-in clinic? Either he has the flu and should be home to rest, or he's really sick and should go to emerge. But I digress. I'm not a parent; if I was I would probably panic if my kid's nose started running. I've never had a doctor I didn't like here, but it is very clear that they are on a tight schedule. Basically you have three and a half minutes of their time, so you need to make it count. I find it helpful to write down my main points; the clearer and more concise your issue and medical history... the better your solution will be. And yes, as other reviewers have mentioned: a 30 minute wait can turn into a 60 minute wait. Bring a book. It's a walk-in clinic in Canada; what do you expect? At least it's free. I do find that if I have an exam or appointment booked, 80% of the time they're running on time. No lollipops or mints when you leave. Is that a thing of the past now? read more

I am having a very specific problem that can't be help by telephone. So, I called Apple Tree Medical. That was at 2:20pm. I was told I could be seen on 2948 Baseline Road, immediately ! It is a bit of a trip for me and I told them that, I was told no problem. When I arrived at 2:45pm I was told that the Doctor only sees 12 patients per day and had been fully booked as of 12pm. So, 2 hours and 20 minutes after there was no chance of seeing a Doctor, I was told to go to the "Walk In" clinic and that I had an appointment ?? I emailed Service Ontario (Health) To inform them and to make sure that they didn't pay any bill for a non-visit !! I know we are in the middle of a time I wish I'd never had to see, but the way I was spoken to at the clinic when I arrived was RUDE and demeaning. Like I was some sort of Martian or something ? My friend is from out of town. He arrived in Ottawa about ten days in advance of our date to begin our vacation cruise/land tour Sept. 29th. He began having stomach pain so went to Appletree on Slater Street, saw a doctor and got a prescription which he filled and began taking. The stomach pains continued so he went to a closer Appletree Clinic at 240 Sparks where he saw another doctor (I do not know the name). This new doctor agreed with the previous doctor, told my friend to take the pills until they were gone and be patient. He did as he was told. On October 3rd, our second day of the cruise, we had to leave the ship to take my friend to a hospital where he had emergency surgery to treat a bleeding ulcer; he had been bleeding internally and needed 2.3 liters of blood before surgery was over. He has recovered but this was a frightening experience. The doctor on the ship took a blood sample and decided there was internal bleeding because the count was so low. But there were no symptoms except for stomach pain. The two doctors at Appletree totally missed the problem and as a result my friend almost died. read more

I was told after an hour that the system had put us under a doctor who did not see patients under 16, so they would move us to another doctor. We waited another hour. Then I went up to the receptionist and she said we were the last for that doctor. They had put the very last for the other doctor. So far, we had waited for another 30 mins. Only go here if you are desperate and there are no other options. I am from BC and went here in the summer of 2016. Not only do they not accept out of province care cards (which they should) but they also way over charge for their walk-in assessment fee. The result of this is, you are reimbursed less than half of what they charge you. Total scam to line their pockets. If you don't have a Canadian health card and are worried about costs, do not come here. They are dishonest about the full cost of anything, even if you ask them directly. They told me the cost would be a certain amount, then sent me to another facility at the last second (after I'd paid them) where it turned out I had to pay again... and then I found out that to get the medical results, I would have to come in and pay them for a third appointment. The eventual cost would be 2.5x what they originally quoted me. I called to complain and they said I'd have to come in and make another appointment to get reimbursed. I finally asked to talk to a manager and I got sent to a nameless voicemail box. Worst Clinics I have ever experienced. Their policies are terrible, e.g. you have to wait for a regular patient visit to get a regular prescription drug renewed. I even have a suspicion that they instruct their doctors to not put repeat on the prescription so they can cheat OHIP out of a needless checkup fee on a periodical basis. The worst part is that they do not even pretend to care about their clients, they plain outright told me to go elsewhere if I did not like their policies, which is exactly what I plan to do. I found out that my doctor is no longer with Appletree from other patient, no body told me I have no family doctor any longer. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with them and the phones are not answered or it hangs up. When I finally spoke with someone she tells me that I might be able to be see months from now. Very bad medical care or lack there of. Not recommended. Find a doctor that is not part of this business. There is a high turn around in staff and nobody knows what to do there. read more

if i could give this clinic a rating below zero i would. after a totally inept booking process for a so-called walk-in appointment (i had to go back 3 times and each time i had to wait 2 hours to be told that i would not be seen that day after waiting twice for two hours each time and each time a half-hour drive to the clinic, so in all 6 hours of driving to finally get an appointment). finally on the third attempt i was told i would see a doctor in 2 hours - after 2 hours, it was my turn and after waiting another 2 hours (4 hours in all on the 3rd visit) my so-called doctor appointment actually consisted of an old doctor standing in the doorway of his office and without even looking at me he told me to go to emergency at the hospital (it was a non-life threatening reason that i wanted the appointment - i just wanted a referral for a cholesterol test that my eye specialist had recommended). i also wanted him to check out a rash on my foot but he was clearly not even interested as he dismissed me without any dialogue at all. i assume he is being handsomely paid. it is a disgrace to the medical profession to have such an inefficient doctor and clinic who benefit handsomely from our tax payers money and do nothing but cheapen our healthcare system and de-humanize the people that it is within their profession to be serving. an absolute disgrace to the medical profession and they should be ashamed of themselves. these clinics are just an excuse to pass the buck with no overlook or government follow-up on patient satisfaction with their services. based on the other reviews i have read, i am not alone in my assessment. please note; i am 80 years old and have not seen a doctor in over 10 years and i have been paying for healthcare my whole life. this is service???? god help our 'free' healthcare system. read more

Avoid if possible. Mean doctors who will size you up based on your physical appearance (dress up before you go). Some of your fellow patients are the dregs of society so the staff all assume you're no different. The old Arabic doctor who goes to Slater is nice but everyone else (at Slater and Sparks) is highly variable and rotated in and out really frequently. They push alternative medicine (even if you tell them you don't believe in it), and they push anything that makes money. They tried to convince me to agree to a physical for my 9 year old. Appletree Medical in general is just awful and I don't trust them with my (or my child's) health. I only go because I have no alternative except the hospital, and I don't like tying up the hospital's resources. But generally speaking, if the doctor is old and/or an immigrant, they're probably nice and a pleasure to be a patient to. The younger ones aren't. If they speak with an accent, they're probably nice. No accent = not nice. Decide when to go based on that. I know that's an awful way to size people up, but they do it right back to us anyway, so I guess we're even. When you notice a doctor's appointments getting taken up extremely quickly compared to the other doctor who is in the office at the same time, it's a huge clue (and it's probably Old Arabic Dude if you're at Slater because seriously, that guy is super nice). read more

Went here a week ago. Doctor ordered lab work and said he'd give me a referral. One week later, no referral. No follow up. Saw on Dynacare results page on Monday that my lab work came back showing a urinary tract infection. It's now Saturday. NEVER heard anything from Appletree. Nothing on my patient portal page. Fortunately, I was able to get antibiotics from a specialist I've been seeing. The Ontario government should demand Appletree pay back the fees it charged OHIP for my visit. They just ripped off the system, and I need to go to another clinic to get my issue dealt with. read more

I'm actually writing this review while waiting to see a doctor here at apple tree. The online wait time said 30 mins so I decided to head over while it's quiet. The medical assistant took me to the back within minutes of registering and placed me in an office. He said the doctor would be just a few mins. I waiting 30 mins and then he popped his head in to tell me the doctor was running late do to a family emergency at home. I was then asked if I wanted to see a different doctor... Duh! yes I was open to see any doctor. So then I was brought to the back office and waited another 30 mins to see a doctor. Funny how that happened since there was only 2 people at the clinic when I arrived. Needless to say, that doctor told me to see a physiotherapist for my ankle and that was it! I left the clinic, which by then had a waiting room packed to the rafters with patients. I won't go back to this clinic. The wait times are not accurate and the staff are not competent. read more

If you're travelling in Ottawa from out of province and need medical attention, don't waste your time and money at this walk-in clinic. Even if your medical coverage is from a province other than Quebec, you will be billed upfront for medical services (which goes against provincial health plan policy). The physician I saw at the Montreal Road-Ogilvie centre had poor communication skills and an appalling bedside manner. He sent me for tests without examining me or collecting a full history of my condition. I was told the test results would take a minimum of seven business days, which seems like a long time; results were still not in by the time I flew back to my home province over a week later, and were never forwarded to my family doctor. While I was grateful to be able to access a doctor during my travels, the service I received did not make it worth my while. read more

One of the other reviewers said, "at least it's free". SURPRISE! Apparently it's legal to charge Canadian citizens to see a doctor. Like most Canadians my age, I can't get a family doctor so visit walk in clinics every time I move to a new city and need to renew my prescription. I wasn't surprised that the 20 min wait advertised on the website had ballooned to an hour by the time my name was called. I WAS surprised that they required $69 paid upfront. I asked if the province of Alberta, whose health card I have to use for another month, would reimburse me and the receptionist said, "Probably, at least in part." Suspicious, I declined the service, wrote off my afternoon and went home. Further research revealed that Alberta will cover only up to the fee specified by the province in which the service was provided. Ontario feels that seeing the doctor for a prescription renewal should cost no more than $33.70, meaning I would be paying $35.30 myself, just to spend 60 seconds showing a doctor my prescription so they can write me a new one. First time, the doctor asked 2/3 questions, and prescribe medication.... I'm her translator and thought it's very odd he didn't take the time to asked more question to find out more info, just take this prescription to the shoppers drug mart next door... This doctor is so unlike my family doctor. tonight was my mom's second visit. The receptionist said we are the last patients they'll take (at about 6pm, clinic close at 7pm) and the room was almost full... After 1 hour of wait, we were ushered into a room where the receptionist/medical assistant ask some question and noted down on the electronic netbook/ipad.. After she left the room, I ran out to let her know I've made a mistake on the medications my mom was taking, she said tell the doctor and he'll include it in the file. finally saw the doctor and he spent less than 4/5 minutes (yes less than 4/5 minutes) and only quickly gave a free sample of drugs with prescription... His instructions were 1 tablet a day, the instruction on the box said 2 tablets per day.. Arghhhh.. I wished I had asked him, when I was reading the box. before my mom left, she asked to have her blood pressure taken, the doctor said the medical assistant didn't do that? She will be back to take her blood pressure. She did, and we asked if it's too high/low, she said the doctor will discuss it with us. She closed the door, explaining that if the door is closed, that means there's a patient waiting. The doctor open the door and had a surprised look on his face, like you guys are still here? I quickly asked him is the number from the blood pressure reading ok? He said its good and he walked out the door, shortly before we left I remembered the doctor never did asked or updated my mom's file with the medicine she was taking like the receptionists/medical assistant said. at the front desk, the room was empty and one new patient came in at about 7:10pm (had to wait for my mom anyway as she was in the bathroom). She went to see the receptionist and said she has a 7:30pm appointment, and the receptionist was happy to swipe her health card... I remember she said we were the last patient and now an appointment at a walk in clinic? I would never recommend this place, twice now we had bad experience and the doctor just prescribe drugs and didn't ask if we had any questions/concern... read more

Only gave one star as I had to select a star. $69.00 to raise my arm till it hurt then the DR said need xrays. Additional cost, ok I knew that was coming but then was told that I would have to pay another $69.00 to find out what the results of the xray were. This is where the scam is. You pay for an xray, its yours, not the doctors. Why should you pay $69.00 to Appletree medical group for info that you already paid for and own. Did not get a proper assessment, facility is not clean, there was blood or other crap on the floor of assessment room and stains of god knows what on the wall. Very understanding and seemingly thorough doctor. However, the condition of the clinic on Roberston Rd. in Bells Corners is unacceptable. The waiting room had no air circulation (A/C) and was probably 85 degrees F. The carpets are filthy, washroom was without soap and was also stained and dirty. Garbage obviously had not been emptied from the previous day. Doors show wear and filth. This is a medical clinic and it's spreading contagion. It should be shut down. When I called to get a work note documenting the previous day's visit, I was told I'd have to return and again wait as a walk-in. Ya, not happening. read more

What are you going to do? If you have no doctor you can come here. I've been seeing the same doctor here for 5 years . He was on the staff at the hospital when I saw him first, and he seemed very competent then, so I go to this clinic. I hear Dr. Lee at the Preston clinic is good too. My real "beef" if you will, with this clinic is the AMERICANIZED way of dealing with "CUSTOMERS" (yes, we REALLY ARE PATIENTS! and NOT customers!). The staff are hired hands, that have little or NO knowledge of health care, so beware private information! They wear white LAB COATS to appear like they belong there. But sugar coating on doo doo , does not change the fact it is ...what it is! I've MIXED reviews about the overall QUALITY of the care, as , on several occasions, it seemed like I was not being listened to at all! You wait and wait and wait and then (EVEN IF YOU HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SPECIFIC TIME!) you are in and out! WRONG prescriptions are COMMON, in my opinion. It seems like an "educated?guessing game" in the diagnosis. Instead of being treated for a MAJOR symptom I have had treatment for SIDE EFFECTS etc. I have also had prescriptions that made me SICKER! I do not recommend this BUSINESS for the long term, rather for walk in HURRIED care. If it's a real emergency go to the hospital. You'll have to wait HOURS, depending on what is wrong, but in the end, they usually get it right! Hospitals usually have young and EAGER interns, that are pretty sharp to prove themselves, too! Healthcare (if you can still call it that!) is very sadly, A MESS IN CANADA and getting MORE AMERICAN as the days go by. read more

I cannot describe how horrible my experience with this place has been. I recently waited two and a half hours for an appointment, only to be told that my appointment had been canceled because I had not registered at the kiosk!!!! It was my first appointment there, and no one informed me about the kiosk, and there were three other patients in the same boat, sitting there for hours thinking the doctor was running incredibly late!! I tried every 20 minutes or so to speak to someone at reception, but I did not see a soul there the entire time, and ringing the bell failed to produce a result. Now, I will be getting sick when my prescription expires while I wait a MONTH to get back in again! They refused to give me an appointment on the day because the doctor was OVERBOOKED despite the four patients that had missed their appointments due to failure to sign in at the kiosk, which apparently means that YOUR NAME WILL NOT BE CALLED, EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. I have never been so furious in my life and a place like this does not even deserve government funding. read more
