My family and I had been to this play place before and it is very fun, and not overly busy. However, the most recent time we went, my husband noticed feces smeared across the floor. The only person attending the main desk was walking behind with a lysol wipe to clean it. There was no announcement, no guiding children and families away from the contaminated area, no shutting down to properly clean. As I gathered my kids to leave out of our choosing for health and safety reasons, we found out there was more smeared feces throughout the entire play area - ball pit included - and the play areas began to stink. Even still, there was no announcement to parents. Kids were running around the feces while the worker rubbed a lysol wipe. My husband politely approached the worker and asked about the procedures in place to properly clean after a contamination of this level, and the response was, "I cleaned." To let children play in the near vicinity of feces, completely unaware, with no notification to parents is appalling. To get at the very least a refund (for a place where admission is good for the entire day) when we only stayed about 20 minutes after this happened, would have been much appreciated and we would have understood. Accidents happen! But this did not occur. The employee told my husband they would reach out via email, but he heard nothing. A near $50 down the drain for admission for 2 kids and 2 non-skid pairs of socks that had to be thrown away in case they had unknowingly walked through the feces.

It seemed that no staff members check your bags, so if you end up bringing something inside your bag, chances are it'll make it in. I love the fact that there aren't a whole lot of tall apparatus, like super tall slides, because it's really unnecessary for little kids. There are plenty of slides though, but, of a reasonable and safe height. The obstacles in here feel endless and there are plenty of interactive activities too, like immersive games to play. Also, there is a staff member monitoring the gate into the play area at all times as well, which is nice to see. Although we weren't here for any birthday party, we did observe quite a few take place in the celebration/cake rooms. In fact, I ended up walking into an empty party room just to see how big the room was and it felt like it was a bit on the small side, however, it seemed like the parties that were happening squeezed quite a few people inside. The parties seemed VERY, VERY well organized. I observed the staff announcing on the loudspeakers for attendees of respective parties to head to the party rooms when it was time to eat and I noticed staff members assisting the party parents with decorations and moving gifts, food and cakes. Back to the play area, there was a staff member vacuuming parts of the play area every so often, although it seemed like it was more for show because whatever they were doing didn't seem all that productive. Also, there didn't seem to be a whole lot of policing of the play rules either as I guess it's expected parents will do it. If you're wondering about food, there is a small eating area with benches and quite the menu of food (e.g. pizzas, quesadillas, pretzels, desserts, drinks) that they sell - definitely more than I've seen at other places. In fact, we ended up eating here because the menu was interesting enough and the food/combo was worth it where we got the Large Pizza with 5 box drinks for just $18. At the end of the day, our kids absolutely had a blast here. They loved all of the activities and it never felt boring for them despite the fact that we were here for 2.5 hours. Many small parts, and took us few hours for couple of evenings after kids were asleep. But detailed instructions with diagrams, and not anymore challenging than Ikea furniture.
