Besides selling swing sets, this facility will allow you to host a birthday party and use all of the various swing sets and trampolines they have. I just came back from a six-year-old party... Approximately 30 kids. The place was extremely clean, the owner was very helpful, and most importantly the kids had an absolute ball. They went on all of the various swing sets and other equipment and just played to their hearts content. We did the "do it yourself" party brought in our own pizza/cupcakes/drinks/decorations/balloons. I'll def do another party there! Tip - bring a wagon, lugging the drinks etc down the long hall is much easier w/ a wagon. - set up is 30mins, keep it simple and bring a helper. I live in Canada and I am the internet saavy one in our family. I don't have children but my sister tasked me with finding the best swing set for the money online for my two nieces (We have no local swingset dealers near us) I did some searching online and came across the NJ Swingsets website. We got in touch with Jay through the chat box on the website and he was surprisingly responsive and knowledgeable (and funny, too!) We spent weeks going back and forth, with Jay and Tom answering our questions via the chat box, email and even on the phone. We finally settled on the Gorilla Playsets Sun Valley II. The reason I am writing this review is because of the amount of time and care NJ Swingsets put into the buying process. Any other company could have easily given up on us due to the amount of questions we asked and the amount of times we changed our mind. Its a big decision and there are just so many playsets out there. We wanted to make sure we absolutely got it right. Jay and Tom also took the time to explain the entire process of ordering a set online - from ordering, to the delivery and installation. There were a few hiccups in the shipping process, but we were fully aware beforehand and were well prepared for them. For example, our driver left the entire swingset at our curb. Luckily we had our brother and father there to help move the boxes to our backyard. Our brother and his friend assembled the set in two days. There was missing hardware, but we were able to find the missing hardware at a local Lowes. My two nieces LOVE IT - and the set looks absolutely gorgeous in our back yard. It is perfect! I can't say we could have done this on our own without some help. Jay and Tom really cared about our needs and worked with us every step of the way to make our experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. Found out after we drove down found location , which was difficult, walked down dingy halls to a locked door. When I called that was when I heard that they were not open except by appointment. I left a VM and no call back . Ok so I drove to Swingsets and toy in Upper Saddle River and spent my money happily there. My wife and I wanted to purchase a swing set but had no idea regarding how much of a difference a little education on swing sets can be. We went to the first retailer and told us nothing about how important safety is when installing one and types of materials being used. We left that store and still puzzled to which type was the best for our children. I cannot say enough good things about Jay and Tom. Just had my daughter's 2nd birthday party there and they were both amazing every step of the way. They were super accommodating and helpful. My guests were blown away! The kids had a blast, they didn't want to leave. My oldest brother is special needs And I never know how people will handle being around him, especially if they are not used to it, but Jay and Tom were super sweet and hung out with him every time he came up to them. Every experience I've had with NJ Swingsets has been great. We visited their showroom to checkout a few options, and had great customer service from the employee who helped review the different styles, models, sizes, etc. We had our eye on a particular model, but weren't sure if it'd fit in our allotted space. They said that's no problem, and the owner Jay personally visited our house to help measure and evaluate whether the swingset would fit in our yard. Even after we decided to purchase the swingset, he graciously threw in a baby swing for our youngest child. Jay and his crew installed the swingset and it looks and functions perfectly. We had been thinking about a playset since we moved into our new home about two years ago. Our old house had a small park across the street so we never really had the need for something in our backyard. With boys, we knew we needed something sturdy and could take some rough play and we wanted something that would last and that didn't break the bank. We did our research, and checked out a few places. We ended up going with the Superior Play Original Fort. We have a pool in our backyard so we needed something that could provide a lot of play options but not take up a ton of space.
