We decided to bring our kids here on a wet and rainy Saturday morning at 10:30AM to let them get some steam out .... and boy did they. First off, all shoes must come off when in the play area. In addition, it's advertised that no outside food or drinks are allowed, but I observed people with Dunkin iced coffees and bottles of water from outside. It seemed that no staff members check your bags, so if you end up bringing something inside your bag, chances are it'll make it in. As for the play area, this indoor playground is prettttty, prettttty big, as in wide and spacious. I love the fact that there aren't a whole lot of tall apparatus, like super tall slides, because it's really unnecessary for little kids. There are plenty of slides though, but, of a reasonable and safe height. The obstacles in here feel endless and there are plenty of interactive activities too, like immersive games to play. Also, there is a staff member monitoring the gate into the play area at all times as well, which is nice to see. Although we weren't here for any birthday party, we did observe quite a few take place in the celebration/cake rooms. In fact, I ended up walking into an empty party room just to see how big the room was and it felt like it was a bit on the small side, however, it seemed like the parties that were happening squeezed quite a few people inside. The parties seemed VERY, VERY well organized. I observed the staff announcing on the loudspeakers for attendees of respective parties to head to the party rooms when it was time to eat and I noticed staff members assisting the party parents with decorations and moving gifts, food and cakes. Back to the play area, there was a staff member vacuuming parts of the play area every so often, although it seemed like it was more for show because whatever they were doing didn't seem all that productive. Also, there didn't seem to be a whole lot of policing of the play rules either as I guess it's expected parents will do it. If you're wondering about food, there is a small eating area with benches and quite the menu of food (e.g. pizzas, quesadillas, pretzels, desserts, drinks) that they sell - definitely more than I've seen at other places. In fact, we ended up eating here because the menu was interesting enough and the food/combo was worth it where we got the Large Pizza with 5 box drinks for just $18. At the end of the day, our kids absolutely had a blast here. They loved all of the activities and it never felt boring for them despite the fact that we were here for 2.5 hours. Also, other kids were flying around and everyone seemed like they were really enjoying themselves. I rarely say we'll be back at some places, but I undoubtedly feel we'll be back at some point.

I switch up several play venues with my toddler and this is probably my favorite one. Why? 1. The play gym structure has a lot of variety and gives a good workout for my kiddo. We've been to a larger complex in NJ and another maze-like one nearby, but this is the perfect size for my older toddler, with just as much to do and explore, while not easily losing sight of your kids. 2. Admission is $20 for all day in/out access (includes an adult. $5 for additional adults). There's no snack bar inside but this means you can leave to eat something and come back. We usually like to grab a bite at Sombrero Tacoria just a few doors over, or Patsy's Pizzeria in the other direction. Babies and younger kids have a separate play area with a playhouse, pretend play structures, wooden train set, oversized Lego blocks, and Magnatiles. The front has a seating area with tables and seats where kids can take a snack break and parents can hang. The facility is clean and in great condition.

I have had their pizzas three times, never found them tasty enough. They do not allow outside food, so it is difficult to serve better food to the guests.

This place is amazing!!…read more It's like a huge sensory room for kids at the mall. I was intrigued by the colors and all they had to offer. My 5 year old has autism and it's very rare you find a gem like this at any mall. I couldn't believe how cool this space was. Everything is at a price, small price and well worth it! They have 2 bouncy houses, one is for smaller kids and the other bouncy house is pretty large. They have inflatable pool ball-pits both for toddlers and younger babies. They have an inflatable pool with sand box and toys in it which is a huge plus for kids who sensory seek, like mine. There's tons of stuffed animals, little electronic animal rides and fun. They have so much to do including painting a canvas, face painting etc.... We weren't in there during a super busy day, in fact my son enjoyed his time there alone. Later on in the day there were more kids. The worker was so nice and super friendly. He made it an even more enjoyable experience. Once you pay, you can play and leave and come back any time during the day. I spent $14 and that included the bounce houses and unlimited electronic animal rides. My son cried when we left, he really loved it. There's plenty of lounging pillows for parents and a few places to sit. It's super cute and something to do for the little ones while mom or whoever shops around the mall. They have refreshments for sale including Honest juice for kids in a fridge, they do also have chips and candies for sale.
