I recently had another dog cremated through Amberwood, and the difference was remarkable. Their pricing was more reasonable, the presentation was thoughtful and respectful, and the staff communicated with genuine empathy during a very difficult time. When a veterinary hospital shows so little care for a family member's final arrangements and the handling of their remains, it raises serious concerns about the level of compassion within the overall practice.
