We added roof racks and a trailer hitch which have allowed us to create memories in a short time. Neighbors have come over to compliment the CX-9, and both family and friends have loved it. Our previous vehicle that the CX-9 replaced was a Mazda and my other vehicle is also a Mazda. We think we have found the brand for us moving forward. The sales experience at Open Road Mazda and our ownership experience has been incredibly positive so far. Context: I contacted my nearest 10 Mazda dealerships all with the same questions to evaluate the level of service, when I was researching the CX-9. While I will not name specific dealerships, or sales representatives there was wide range of customer service. Some dealerships were not willing to communicate over email, which was imperative to me. I sent several emails to the different dealerships with multiple questions, of which many were not answered or answered with very limited information and sometimes contradictory information. Some of my questions were perhaps uncomfortable such as what separates your dealership from other dealerships/ why should I buy from your dealership. Over the years I have visited several dealerships over the years and have purchased vehicles from 7 of them. I can say with certainty that Darius was the most helpful sales representative. He was flexible in communication with text/phone/email, while being prompt and detailed in his responses. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions. He did not resort to high pressure sales tactics and offered the best customer service of any of the dealerships. Since Open Road had the CX-9 in the trim and colour I wanted in stock, this was a no brainer to purchase here. When an issue arose with the CX-9 the GM Shaun was able to resolve it. Thanks!

I used to take the EL to a non-Acura mechanic because it was cheaper, but when I got my RSX I decided to go back to Acura for servicing. I wanted to make sure my car was being properly cared for with the right parts because I've grown very attached to it! I have been happy with Acura servicing my car. The guys here really know their stuff, and don't try to oversell. They are honest and helpful. I appreciate the free shuttle/rides/taxis they offer and their little coffee lounge. Sometimes I have to wait a bit longer than I anticipate, but I know that just happens sometimes. If I had one complaint it's that I've often had to wait an extra 30 minutes to have my car washed when I come to pick it up (they do an awesome job on the wash). I have asked a couple of times for them to make sure they wash it before the pick up time, but the last 2/3 it hasn't been done. That's pretty minor though, I'm generally very happy with their service.

Ugg, My new Volvo…read moregot sideswiped the other night, not bad enough to do anything but incontinence me, In fact I expected the repair to cost close to the deductible (ICBC hit and run ..$750!!!) So I roll into Volvo get an estimate and Eta for parts. Parts available (3 days) and WAY CHEAPER than I expected for Volvo OEM parts for a new vehicle. SO I book the appointment Tuesday after thanksgiving. They need the car all day and don't have a loaner No Problem I can rent a car for the day. Since I am at 10,000 Km, I thought I would get the oil service done, Well At Volvo NS, they have a 6k service and a 12k service... 12 k service.... $250! for a oil change!!!! OMG what is that hand massaged oil? its a lease I don't care that it was refined by nubile Scandinavians! SO I stopped at Mr. Lube and got hosed down there ($49 buck oil change quickly turns into $79 but you get a newspaper!) Monday I rent a car (bad day to rent, the last day of long weekend they don't have a big selection and ended up getting humungo SUV at the discount rate of $120!!! Drop off car... wait... Tuesday morning call from service, parts haven't come in, Contrary to the system they are back ordered till "god knows when" and will cost a hell of a lot more than quoted... grrrrrrr

First time here. Very cordial and professional. I took my S60 in for it's 102k and of course they found a split pcv hose that was $220 to repair but otherwise, it was reasonably priced...for a Volvo dealer. They washed and vacuumed my car which was appreciated. I'll be back.
