The showers and laundry rooms are great here. Near a beautiful park and easy access to stores and restaurants.

The best part of my stay was the service - they were very friendly and accommodating because part of my stay was personal and part was for business and they allowed me to add a few days in the same room and a late check out. The main reason I choose the Omni Interlocken was that it's a few minutes walk to my company's office and they offered a corporate rate. I thought the rooms were good quality, nice bathroom, but I wouldn't say it was a very top end hotel. Just a few things that brought it out of that category such as a broken light at the elevator, a patio without a screen and maybe not quite as clean as a meticulous hotel would be. The lobby is nice and the bison tapestry is quite beautiful and belongs in a museum. I thought that Sheps was just average and there's a lobby store if you need basic supplies. There's a large mall nearby and a few good restaurants in the area according to Yelp. Boulder is about 20 minutes away and downtown Denver maybe 25-30 minutes depending on traffic.

Outdoors, the twin heated pools are beautiful, and the outdoor fire pit area makes for a really nice spot to unwind in the evening.  Unfortunately, the hospitality side was a letdown. Overall, the staff wasn't overly friendly, but the main issue was at the bar and restaurant. After sitting ignored for 15 minutes while the bartenders simply stood at the end of the bar, I finally took the hint and just left. You also can't order anything but pizza after a certain time that's not listed anywhere. It's a lovely location with great physical amenities, but management definitely needs to address the lack of attentive service in the bar area for some guests.

From the moment I walked inside, I was impressed by the architecture, elegant décor, and incredible atrium. There is so much character throughout the hotel, and you can tell immediately that this isn't your typical modern hotel. The historic details give the property a charm and personality of its own. One of my favorite things was simply taking in the atmosphere. The lobby is gorgeous and makes you want to slow down, look around, and appreciate all the details. Whether you're staying overnight, stopping in for a meal or drink, or just experiencing the hotel, it feels like a special part of Denver's history. The location is also convenient for exploring downtown Denver, which makes it a great choice if you want to be close to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. I also love that the hotel offers a spa, adding another relaxing element to the experience. Overall, The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa is definitely worth experiencing at least once. Between the history, beautiful architecture, elegant atmosphere, and central location, it stands out from many other hotels. If you appreciate historic properties with character and a story behind them, The Brown Palace is a memorable Denver destination that deserves a visit.

And, uninspiring renovations and noticeable lack of maintenance are a let down. Some staff were also unprofessional or unimpressive. A front desk employee who assisted me demonstrated half-hearted effort, referenced a previous job (for what reason, I have no idea), and did not inspire confidence in whatever greater hospitality competencies they could have possessed. When I tried to reach the general manager for a separate issue, that person was repeatedly unavailable. Zero follow up was offered. This hotel was once renowned for world-class hospitality, where exceptional service was expected and "no" was rarely part of the guest experience. Today, it no longer lives up to that legacy. No, few rose to the occasion during my stay. No, it was not a pleasant experience. I hope changes and a return to bygone standards can become more of a priority. Update: Following my review above, I decided to read others on google. Thankfully, though a disappointing experience overall, I am happy to report my experience was better than Ci Ci's. It reads: 'The towel and bed sheet smell like fishy.' Lord, could there be a worse eight-word review?

My husband and I joked that even if our wedding was a dud, the venue alone would wow people. The walk through video on their website is just a glimpse into the magic and joy that this spot holds!!! From the ceremony site options, to the bridal suite, to the dining area and the dance floor, we enjoyed all of the spaces this place has to offer. Our 108 guests loved the food, the drinks, and the views so much, they couldn't stop commenting all night on how beautiful and awesome this venue was. And our photos turned out incredible with the mountains, the river, the trees, and the outdoor lights. Dawn is responsive and helpful and she knows what she's doing! My one area of constructive criticism would be recommending that the venue provide a clearer timeline to the couples getting married. I typed my own up based on our meetings but the venue stated they'd send it a few times and never got around to it. Otherwise, I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about this spot. Hospitality is their jam. The rentable items like the arch and photo booth, the in-house decorations, and the food options are positively stunning. The staff is phenomenal, the on-site honeymoon suite was so clean and comfortable, and there was lots of space for kids to run around. An amazing AMAZING spot to make memories and start your married life with your partner off right!

The EDGE host, servers, and waiter were just so helpful, knowledgeable, and just NICE. The nicest hotel in Colorado we have ever stayed in, by far, and possibly the nicest hotel and staff we've stayed in anywhere in the US or other countries.
