Just about the only hotel in town, certainly Olde Town Arvada, the Hilton Garden is within walking distance to the main shopping area of the quaint and somewhat historic downtown Arvada. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed, with comfortable beds, wifi, restaurant on site. Plenty of parking. Great location. I'd stay here again next time I visit Arvada.

We came in late to Denver and needed somewhere to stay before heading into the mountains. This Garden location was perfect and must be new. The Food was amazing and I have been to several Gardens before. Had Fish tacos for dinner and they have all sorts of berries for breakfast. Glad we stopped.

Since we were coming into town visiting my sister. We needed a place to stay that's close by. This hotel was in the same city, so we booked it. The rooms are nice. We got two queen size beds because we needed an extra bed for my mother and father to crash in on before we fly back. What I loved about the room Is the functionality of everything. The drawer hampers at the closet area is hella useful for keeping dirties. The pool and the jacuzzi is pretty dope. Specially after a long day of hiking and walking around looking at rocks and trees and stuff. Only bad thing about it is they shut it down too early. Plus the fitness center isnt 24hrs either. Closes the same time the pool does. I work in the travel industry and the closing times are a WAY TOO EARLY. You run your hotel however you want to I guess right? Would've been a solid 4, maybe even a 5. 3 stars from this point. Breakfast was also another story. We sat down for a quick meal before our trip to the airport. We all ordered an Omelette. My mother's never came. We asked about it and the waiter made it sound like it was all my mother's fault. Our server said, "No you never put your order in. I can put in an order if you like." No apologies or anything. My mother is passive and so am I. We dont wanna make a scene. This is why I'm telling you all about it in this review of mine. Sorry guys, but another star will be taken off for this demerit. 2 stars is all I can muster for this nice hotel. Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope this helps with your decision making. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!!

Good sized gym with a nice variety of equipment. Something for everyone.

This hotel is brand new. Everything looks great and the staff is very friendly. The hotel in general is near a lot of shopping plazas and strip malls. All the basics you need are within walking distance. It's easy to find but navigation suggests to turn on the street corner instead of straight into the hotel. Check in was smooth and the front staff friendly. The room was nicely decorated and modern. The bathroom was very nice with a little chic feel. One odd thing about the room is that the lighting is terrible. All of the lights are very dim except for one and of course it's in the corner of the room. The lobby bar and eating areas were all very nice, clean and staffed well. The lobby is set up nicely for groups to have conversations and meet up. The breakfast buffet is not a bad deal. It's $10.50 includes coffee, juices and hot/cold food. If you were to order anything off the menu it would be about the same. Also the buffet is fast if you're in a time crunch. They also have a pantry for snacks and some basic items. They did have one beer and it was local. Just wish they added a couple others. But they do have a bar with happy hour during normal hours. One thing I did have problems with was phone service. I was on the bottom floor and had some trouble with AT&T and Verizon. I think it might be the general area. I did have to use the hotel Wi-Fi. It wasn't the best and would be very slow at times. The hotel also has laundry on site. Simple but functional room. The pool is indoors and decent size. So swimming year round if you want. The gym is also decent with a good variety of equipment. The pool and gym hours are 5AM to 10PM. I definitely would stay again if I had to be in the area. The only thing is I might request room not on the first floor to see if it helps with reception. Give it a try....the place is new and fresh.

    The "Hilton Garden Promise"

A miserable excuse for a 3-star hotel, especially considering it's part of a major chain. Pros: -The facilities and rooms appear clean and generally nice, especially if you're into the modern minimalist look. -It is generally close to several restaurants, a movie theater, etc. Cons: -The WiFi (which they boast as an amenity) is so god-awful that we could not even connect to it successfully. (Note: If you are on the Verizon network, you already have terrible cell service in Arvada for whatever reason, leaving you without service or WiFi). -The management staff were unhelpful in providing any sort of solution for the above issue, despite their "Hilton Garden Inn Promise." Instead, we were told "that's just how it is." -The rooms, despite appearing nice and clean, are poorly designed--especially the bathrooms. --The bathroom door is a sliding farmhouse-style door which is not only terribly overused nowadays but also lacks a lock. If you're sharing your room with a partner it may not be the biggest deal, but it's certainly discomforting to not have the option to lock the bathroom door. --The shower door is opposite of the shower faucet, meaning that to turn the water on--especially to a warmer temperature--you are forced to either do gymnastics or get wet before getting in.

Will always try to stay her on future trips to Colorado. Very. Similar style as Hilton Garden Inn in Topeka. Very clean from the lobby to the rooms. Staff was very helpful. So many options in walking distance from hotel. Restaurants and Ole Downtown arvada. Only downfall breakfast not complimentary but nothing outrageous. Like to sleep in. The entrance very welcoming. The lobby had a welcoming scent but was just a little strong. Was very surprising.

    Carlos taking care of us.

I was greeted by a wonderful hostess and in the evenings or other days, each host had the most congenial helpful attitude. THANK YOU!! (Seasonal pool area and close by restaurants!) The Service is impecable along with every day changing breakfast from early morning to 9:30AM!! The multiple selections which change daily are fitting for most all dietary needs; I'm a veggie/vegan and did become a bit addicted to their raisin cinnamon toast - plus they serve "real butter packets!" AND, Tea & Coffee 24/7 if one choices, the selection of teas were fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable, plenty for working and "Resting!" They are clean with "Soft or Firm" pillows; perfect temperature which one may control on the wall setting. I will state I prefect a more firm bed, yet there is not a star * I could remove. Refrigerator hidden in cabinet with microwave, coffee perk with extra tea and cups, iron and board available neatly tucked away in closet with fantastic hangers and luggage rack. Plenty of drawer space, plus desk and two additional chairs. The room service/cleaning was exceptional and climate conscientious with nice sized thirsty towels wrapped around after a soothing shower. A great PERK!! Lotion, Hand wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower liquid soap all provided by top line name brand. Given I have a service dog, there was a huge parking lot and grassy area for her, and close by off leash dog parks with friendly people. Personally, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express, if you require access to multiple districts, otherwise if staying in town Arvada I would recommend the Holiday Inn. Price is similar to other places - some not offering all these extra perks.

I do prefer writing nice to great reviews, BUT!!…read more I have two service animals with Doctor letters and have stayed here a couple of times during snow storms. Which I "chose" to show to the manager, due to having a cat & dog both very well behaved. I bring my own blankets in for myself and my service animals, they are official and when leaving the room is spotless (ahem) as I found it. One time, the full length mirror was detached from the wall, mentioning this several times being a danger never encouraged an action to assure the mirror might asauge being bumped and shattering. Wish I could say some kind words regarding two of the housekeepers! One is MOST ABUSIVE!! This housekeeper, if she is the head or just downright bossy, more rude, often shockingly so. The short (Head?) housekeeper, screamed at one men for taking some cereal to his room in the morning, "Sit there and eat!" There is a kitchenet and sinking desk in all rooms, why be so abusive to anyone, possibly not meeting her standards!! She screamed at other people for what ?? I was incredulous. BUT! Treating me with WANTEN disrespect: This time she truly went overboard! *****After taking a shower still wet, I noticed I had not retrieved my trash can, where each morning I still outside the door. Towel wrapped around my hair and another firmly wrapped around my body, opening the door slightly reaching for the plastic basket; the short malicious temperamental housekeeper, started speaking to me, my Spanish is no longer fluent yet I get by; she kept me at the door with no respect, finally I had to stay I was cold in Spanish, I the door! Worse, she told the other "rude" housekeeper about the incident and both laughed loudly outside my door! (RUDE!!!)****** In a court yard around the pool, is where most dogs LEAVE their poops, so much so, I offered to clean some one day asking for plastic bags, for not wishing to step in the mess. I was told, by the front desk manager; "You are the only one who picks up after your dog!" Unfortunately this is a problem at many location, upscale or not, yet manager does their dirty duty to clean, I have not seen this here and yet it is the dog owners "Should DO" but many do not! During snow storms there are vouchers for the homeless in all degrees, please do not judge, but this woman and the Desk Manager have egregious words in reference. The Desk manager refers to those who have "Voucher - ""Those & You People!"" "They are to stay in the back area only!"" These are harsh times, having affected many, from with educated diplomas/degrees to those who have had very harsh lives. Stop these horrid judgements! Vouchers are still MONEY to the motel and does offer a could amount, including a church who delivers dinners free of charge. Not all of the front desk clerks are this vile, it was rather shocking such admonishment of those who are poor with no where to call home or work. ABUSIVE!! RENOVATIONS: In 2025 this Motel underwent renovations: First, the rooms are ample, the beds are decent, lighting and wifi are decent, this is not upscale, rather medium low. The hallways are rather filthy, the back door is impossible to open and "one of the housekeepers mentioned prior, when I was struggling to get in, finally entering, I stated in Spanish hello, how are you, she crumbled, yet as she viewed a man ascending the stairs, She Smile with a amorist greeting "Hello nice to see you in Spanish to the man, and still sulked at me! I still understand more than I am able to speak in Spanish being multilingual and haven lived in Europe until I was a teenager.
