What I did not like was that in my bathroom after taking a hot shower there was a very perfect square in the center of my mirror that appeared each night after we showered. This property was pretty nice, but as far as resorts go, I've been to better and have been to worse. The lobby is grande, the staff at the front desk was amazing when asking questions or dealing with packages being delivered. Room wise, I was happy. They had good pillows, a comfy bed, and a nice shower. I got a good night's sleep here which was great. Loved the bathroom amenities as well! I didn't get the sense of too much going on at this place though without driving somewhere. They had a few restaurants on site, but not enough variety to sustain someone for more than 2 days. I was disappointed with the service at the one restaurant, but other than that, everyone at the hotel was awesome! They do have a pool but it was cold and windy when I was there (I mean, it's Denver). It also seems far away from everything Denver, which is probably what they're going for, but a long ride from the airport and a long trip if you want to go downtown. Unless I was attending a conference or something here, I'd probably look at staying somewhere else. This place just isn't for me, I guess. I'm not familiar with Omni that much, but I may try another location based on my experience here. read more

Room was clean, had adequate storage and working space, and the bathroom has perfect water pressure and temperature. I also enjoyed the gym on both days, and spent some time unwinding in the lobby area near the fireplace. They also have an excellent cafe and restaurant, and the conference facilities were very good. Recently attended a large wedding reception here, we were totally impressed with the positive experience, service and professional hospitality. Everything went well during the late afternoon and evening's celebration! The food was exceptional, from the cocktail hour to the dinner that served over two hundred to the desserts afterwards. The folks at the hotel made the complete evening that flowed smoothly and the comfortable nature here was a 180* difference from a downtown venue. A nice resort hotel in Broomfield. They have pools and hot pool whose temperature was nice but sometimes they're full of dead insects. The room was quite well maintain. I love that they have all the amenities I needed (high quality products) and more can be requested generously. A solid hotel outside of Denver. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with everything from advice to getting luggage lost by the airline. The property is really big with lots of amenities including a nice pool and golf course attached. The rooms themselves are a good size with everything you need but nothing surprising. I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable and the pillows firmer - they were pretty flat when I was there - and the showers had better water pressure. I feel like however that's a complaint with many hotels. Fair warning there's not a lot nearby outside of a mall (some good food options though) and a bunch of businesses. And you're also a good 20 mins outside of Denver. But with gas prices being cheap and if you can get a good deal (and free parking) it's worth it to stay outside in comfort. read more

I noted in our reservation that we'd be arriving around 930pm & we arrived right at 9pm. We were greeted immediately on entry. Check-in was fast & easy. They verified we were staying 4 nights & using the card on file. We were given 2 key cards for our room (room 1103) & 2 silicone bracelets for the pool - better than ones that have to stay on. We arrived to an upgraded room, a huge house pretzel with mustard, local honey & local meats (love it when there are local touches) & a bottle of cab - along with a hand written message. Housekeeping was fantastic & our beverages were delivered daily at the requested times. The room was a top floor, corner 1K balcony suite, with mountain views. It was quiet & the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our coffee daily on the balcony. The sofa sleeper was comfy (used as a sofa, not a bed) & we greatly appreciated the mini fridge WITH a freezer section. There's some normal wear on walls, as one would expect based on the date of the last refurb. It was odd that the vent is right next to the thermostat & the plumbing is getting tired. (ie: toilet didn't always fill right away & the sink gurgled when draining the tub) & the me in the full-sized mirror staring back at me from the toilet wasn't great... that's as close to bad as I have to offer tho. We loved the grounds, especially the fire pits & ample seating. We didn't get a chance to try the pool/hot tub (our own fault) - which were open til 11pm. Staff were all friendly & eager to help. We definitely are planning a repeat visit! read more

First time in Colorado and finally decided to go Resort-style stay. There are so many great options from Hotels in the cities to cabins in the woods, and everything in between! Since we were visiting in the middle of summer, we chose the "awesome pool" place. The Hotel vibe is a simple contemporary style but it's still very grand. You walk into a huge lobby area that stretches out to a rather large and impressive lounging space completely with fireplace, several couches and comfy single chairs. It's a great place for getting a little work done. In my case, hubby worked while I lounged;) Behind the lounge are many spacious conference and event rooms. They are very well equipped to handle any type of affair. The lounge leads to a smaller outdoor balcony with a few tables overlooking the pool area. It's beautiful at night as you can see the fire-pits and lit pools. Yes, pools. Two plus a large jacuzzi. It stays open until 11pm which allows for a nice after-dinner chatting time. The pools- we loved the pool section of the hotel. It's very well kept! You walk in and are greeted by a well managed towel counter and friendly staff. There are two types of lounging beds and plenty of umbrellas to shade you from the powerful summer sun. Although I mostly opted to stay in the sun and take in the absolute beauty of the Colorado sky adorned with the fluffiest whitest clouds I've ever seen. Seriously! My neck was sore by the time I flew back to Cali just from looking up so much! Gorgeous skies! The staff throughout the entire hotel were great! Everyone was so friendly, kind, and helpful. Even the young baristas and bar tenders were eager to please. This scored them some great tips; but don't tell hubby! The restaurants were good, especially the breakfast. My only complaint is that they are still blaming the "Rona" for not offering room service. Not buying it! Sorry! I understand that room service complicates things a bit, but WE THE PEOPLE that are willing to pay the high prices of resort vacationing, should definitely have the option of breakfast in bed. Come on, America! Let's get back to pampering our guests the right way without weak excuses! (Okay, I've said my peace.) The rooms are nice, clean and the beds are quite comfortable. None of the rooms offer a bathroom with separate tub and shower. This made my nose crinkle a bit. I'm not into showering in toddler-sized bathtubs. Especially on a relaxing vacation. My four-star review fell short of five-star due to lack of room service option and tiny-toddler-bathtub/shower situation. Having said that, we obviously look forward to staying here again in the near future. Oh- and the coffee maker in my room gets a! Terrible coffee!!! P.S. Used Resort Pass to book a pool day here. Clean pools, great pool bar drinks and food. The check in process was easy and they held our bags since we weren't staying at the hotel. The grounds were very clean and the coffee shop was great. No food or cocktails until 11am at the pools but definitely worth the wait. We live in the area and decided to come here on a whim for a staycation on a Saturday night, and we were not disappointed. First of all the service at this hotel is amazing. What makes this such a great place is the friendly warm and helpful staff. They truly know what it is to have a place with good hospitality. The other thing that we noticed when we got here was the lobby it is gorgeous and you feel welcome and sense of a grand place when you get here. We went to the spa and also enjoyed the outdoor pools and they were both great. We came in the winter when the place was less crowded. In terms of the building itself, the decor is a little bit dated, but they do a really nice job of keeping everything very clean. And I've heard they're going to be renovating it starting in May. Carole and Steph were absolutely amazing they both gave us the best massage we have ever had in our whole lives we will for sure be back to get a massage with them again the entire experience from signing up to get a massage to going through it and then they gave you the best treatment afterward and we were able to utilize all of their after spa treatments and we were very impressed we will be back at this hotel and we will even come back to get another spa treatment! read more

I had a buffet breakfast today where Vicki, Marco, and Carlos at the omelette bar made it a true party the cheese bar has to be the most amazing thing that I've seen, but don't forget that early can you get butter, but goat butter LOL!! The very friendly hostess was wonderful.....I forgot to get her name....sorry lol but great job!! James (who's last name is Hotel perfect lol) Simply knew how to keep it professional. Then Anna who had to work at events during a very busy time kept it funny. Bailey had to endure numerous phone calls for me because for some reason I kept locking myself out which resulted in her bringing me a Diet Coke, and sending Justin one of the friendliest hotel techs to help me out and unlock my door... Thank you again for putting up with my behavior. And no matter what the last person I got the pleasure to meet tonight was Tyler at the front desk working with nicole who kept such an even keel he made me feel a lot better about forgetting my key and eating a Diet Coke... I was pleasantly surprised by my stay that Omni two weeks ago. After reading the reviews, I was dreading my stay but we didn't want to move b/c we were playing the golf course and wanted the discount / tee time. The hotel had the Vet conference going on during our stay but had little impact. I thought the lobby and main areas were clean / updated and while I thought the rooms (especially the bathroom) could use some sprucing up - it's not as bad as the reviews are saying. Most importantly - I felt clean during this time and to me - that was the most important. We did not use the restaurants and the golf course restaurant did not open until 10-ish so we had to eat elsewhere before our tee time. We sat at the pool - didn't go in for an hour or so and thought it was lovely. Two pools and not at all crowded during our stay. The pool bar was closed for the season already and I can see the pools getting crowded during the high season (or during conferences) but I was surprised by how large it is. The TV in our room most had analog channels - which was bad and recommend the hotel switch to digital. Everything else about the hotel was nice and in a good location with free parking. read more

1 year ago we gave this hotel a 5 star but this trip was SO different of an experience and we aren't sure if we will ever go back. Dirty room, worn out and stained furniture. Never changed the sheets even though we requested it AND placed the card on the bed. Fingerprints never cleaned off the big mirror, never vacuumed in 5 days. They removed the lounge furniture and corn hole from the relaxing green space, the waterfall by the pool wasn't working and it was dirty. We were never greeted coming or going even though there were no patrons at the front desk. Our bath towels they gave us the day before we left had brown stuff on a supposedly clean set of towels-disgusting! So disappointed this visit. Even one lady we met in the elevator said they keep the lights so dim so we don't see how dirty it is . Staff was more consumed with the conference attendees and we were not the only guests to feel this way. read more

Our family stayed at this hotel for a wedding. We reserved (pay when arrive) 3 rooms via booking.com. The day BEFORE we arrived, the hotel charged 75% of the total. When we arrived they immediately tried to blame the "3rd party" which was false. We worked out the payment, with the correct travel card and the stay was fine. The following week, we discovered the original reservation card is once again charged 75% of the total and the travel card is charged the entire amount. We attempted to address this by calling the manager and were met with attitude and "your wrong". We took the time to email both card's account screenshots with the charges, allowing them to make this right. So far we are being ignored and had the feeling they were hoping this would go away. Well, it's not gong to. Upon investigation, it appears this is a common problem. We will not stay here again. Proceed with caution new visitors. Shame on management. read more

I wasn't going to write a review but I'm truly disappointed with this hotel and feel people should know. I purchased 3 rooms, called to get early check in as it was for my daughters 11th birthday with 2 other girls. Told this hotel multiple times we were there for the pool and hot tub over the phone, yet they failed to mention it was closed the day before due to issues. Tried to get my money back but due to Priceline, I couldn't. We chose to stay and make the best of it because the hotel was beautiful. After about 2 hours, I hear a knock on the door of my daughters room. The man from the front desk comes up accusing my child and her 2 friends for causing a ruckus in the hallways. However, they had been IN their room for over an hour and the gentleman confirmed the complaint was in the last 20 minutes. When I caught him in that, he got all stumbled over his words and tried saying he wasn't accusing my daughter. If that was the case, why say anything? It was clearly not us. Lastly, I go to get in bed and the bed is the most disgusting bed I've ever seen. The fitted sheet had all kinds of hair, long, short and curly, truly gross. The fitted sheet also had stains from some sort of liquid...which was also on the other sheet and part of the blanket. I called the same gentleman who accused us of being loud and all he said was he would get someone up to replace the bedding and had the audacity to ask "is there anything else during your stay that hasn't been to your liking?" OF COURSE THERE IS, YOU KNOW THIS. The guy was politely a huge jerk and I have pictures of the disgusting bed proving housekeeping skips beds. DISGUSTING. read more

I stayed at the Omni Interlocken this past weekend and purchased a hotel package months in advance. With this package, I was to receive a $25 hotel credit, plus I pre-purchased $700 in hotel credit. The hotel charged me for the hotel credit, but never applied to any charges such as the restaurant, bar and spa. I have been double charged for all items. I have currently spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to reach someone who can correct my bill. Two emails have been sent to "Accounting" by customer relations and I have yet to be contacted. My sister and brother in-law are dealing with the exact same issue. I have also personally left 3 voicemails with accounting to no avail. I cannot reach a single contact at the actual hotel. At this point, I have contacted American Express to dispute the over-charge and the Better Business Bureau. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a hotel in Broomfield, CO search elsewhere and avoid the Omni. read more

Location is the only reason to stay here. Relatively easy drive to the mountains, without staying in the college town of Boulder. That is the only positive we found. Older hotel, built in 1999. Remodeled in 2008, but showing lots of wear & tear. Balcony door handle was broken clean through. Sliding doors to bedroom of the suite, came off the track. We stayed 3 nights and we overpaid for the Mountain View!! It is probably a good 25 miles from the mountains, as the crow flies, hope you brought a telephoto lens. 2 out of 3 nights we experienced a problem with the hot water. Traveled the world and never thought I would say this; there was too much hot water!! There was actually no cold water, even the toilet was flushing scalding hot water. Rooms smelled okay and were large with huge tv, but who goes to CO to watch tv? Pillows on the bed were goose down & I am allergic. If we ever go back to the Rockies, I think we will save $600 and take a cabin at the park. We can take our own bedding and a sponge would be better than 2nd degree burns in the shower. read more

Our Colorado office is located nearby so whenever we come for meetings, this is where we stay. I do have to say that the staff members I interacted with were all really nice and professional. The hotel is well maintained and clean, but it is definitely a bit dated. You can tell some of the wallpaper was a bit old and the amenities in the room's bathroom looked like it could use some freshening up.. The bed was very soft, and I heard similar comments from other colleagues. There was complimentary wifi access (if you signed up for Omni rewards program). Their parking lot is quite large and they don't have an overnight parking fee.The gym had plenty of equipment to choose from and it never felt crowded. They offer shuttle service which is a nice perk to places within a few mile radius. My room had a mini balcony that overlooked the pool and golf course. When I went to Colorado, it was too chilly to hang by the pool but did notice there was a firepit. There was a small fridge filled with drinks inside. The hotel has a bar and Meritage which is their restaurant onsite. I did order room service once and it came pretty promptly. For more options for dining, just drive down Interlocken Blvd and you will reach the Flatiron Crossing mall and shopping center. The shopping center which is separate from the mall has many restaurants to choose from, and a large Walmart in case you forgot any toiletries or need something during your stay. Not the best hotel I've stayed at, but given the location and the courteous staff, I wouldn't mind coming back someday. read more

We love the Omni. Even though we live close by we have stayed here for a weekend staycation just to get away and enjoy the pool, spa, and restaurant. We love it so much we hosted our family reunion here. They were wonderful to work with, priced well for such a quality hotel, and we booked the penthouse for the first evening Welcome party. The penthouse has beautiful views of the front range and we also booked the adjoining room to make it a 2 bedroom. They have a little kids activity club with fun welcome kits and fun kids activities... Just make sure to get a schedule from the front desk. The pool is heated and very attractive. They have "dive in" movies for the kids in the summer. You can also see the most of the Jeffco air shows from the pool. Huge conference center and business room space. Catering is affordable and they have a courtesy shuttle to local restaurants, mall and movies. Check out the schedule for the free summer concerts at Flatirons mall. Great location off HWY 36 between Boulder and Denver. read more

Nice hotel with all of the amenities that you need. They have a coffee shop as well as a restaurant which serves an awesome breakfast with lots of choices. The service was very good. They also have a sports bar as well. The staff was nice and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable but I hated the little foam pillows, though they claim their rooms have feather pillows, unless you request foam pillows, which I did not. These foam pillows cost me some valuable sleep as I love and prefer feather pillows and I hate foam pillows. Other than that, no issues or other complaints. read more

Staff at this Marriott location are genuinely courteous, friendly, and treat customers so well! Had a recent foot surgery and asked for some way to ice my foot and they sent up bags of ice right away with warm smiles. Always greet as we come and go and seem to genuinely love their job. Here are my top 10 reasons why i will not book our staff at the Omni Interlocken. 1. 4 star hotel rating (I think not!) - this rating is what attracted me to try Omni. I was expecting a higher quality of service and accommodations. 2. Select Guest Program - excited for my stay, i called and signed up for the "Select Guest Rewards Program". The agent describes outstanding benefits even a loyalty ambassador to help you with everything! A personal type assistant to insure you have an excellent stay! Made me feel excited to find out more! However, once i arrived at the hotel there was no talk of this "Loyalty Ambassador". Never saw this special service, I received the same treatment as my colleagues who were not in the Select Guest Program. Bummer! What a let down! Why tease me with this benefit that doesn't exist? 3. The view! I am in beautiful scenic Colorado, being part of the Select Guest program (and a first time visitor to this hotel), i would assume i would have a room with a decent view. Nope, my room's view was - old satellite dishes, paint peeling off of the metal roof, drainage tubes and the absolute worst thing - a large pile of nasty cigarette butts right outside my window! Wow, what a disappointment! 4. The room - the bed and pillows were comfortable, however, the rooms need updating! Dated wallpaper, tired sink fixtures, old tub/shower combo, bathroom needs a modern walk in shower and some new counter tops at a minimum! 5. Maintenance - upon arrival one of my side lamps was not working, the gentlemen who brought up my bag said that he would have it fixed. He said he would let engineering know. This lamp was never fixed. My next problem - at 3 am my refrigerator was making loud noises for hours (woke me up and couldn't go back to sleep). I reported it to the front desk, engineer left me a note saying it was fine (defrosting?). My door access key was tricky, took several times to get the door open. My colleagues both had maintenance issues with their rooms as well. One person couldn't regulate his heat and he understood the heating system. (I had trouble myself with the unit, you have to hold down the button for a while to adjust the temp). My other colleague only had luke warm water in the shower one day (why is that?). He also had trouble with a coffee pot, they left him a note (addressed to "Mrs"), saying the coffee pot was fine. 6. Cleaning - my room was not cleaned on my third night (no trash removal, no pick up of dirty towels, etc). I did not have the do not disturb sign on my room. They just forgot about me! My colleagues and i also noticed we had 2 bottles of water upon check in (in our rooms) but they were never replenished. 7. Service - i had to carry some swag to our office, i asked the front desk for a used cardboard box (to make it easier to carry these items). They said they could accommodate me. I gave them some time, however asking twice afterwards with a response of "we are working on it", i gave up! I am thinking "where is my Loyalty Ambassador to assist me with this request?" 8. Snow/ice removal - we were disappointed in the lack of snow/ice removal from the entrances and parking areas. We had to be extra careful walking to our vehicle as the hotel only seemed to prep a very small area at the front door. 4 star hotels should do better. Safety is important! We were not impressed with the lack of concern for these areas. 9. Lamp/plug - everybody charges their phones/electronic devices. I hated the lamps at this hotel. The on/off button is at the bottom of the lamp. You have to push in to turn off/on. The problem is - when you are in bed and need to push that button, the lamp (which is very light weight) slides across the table! You have to hold the lamp while pushing hard on the button! Hated it every night i used it. Oh and the plugs for your phone are tacky electrical outlets attached to the side of the table. Again, rooms need updated ! I can't believe they are rated 4 star? 10. Check out - although having a cheery personality, the agent never asked me about my stay. Never once did he say "how was your stay? I am a first time customer, joined the rewards program, am traveling for business, and had a maintenance issue with my room but was never asked "how was your stay? Thats just not excellent customer service in my opinion. I was waiting for him to ask so that i could inform him of my disappointment. After check out, i did receive a general email from Onmi asking for feedback. I gave feedback and then was prompted to leave a "Google Review". However it would not allow me into that google review area. Now i'm thinking it was probably due to the low ratings i supplied on my survey. Shame on you Omni! We stayed at the Omni in Broomfield on business. We were there 4 nights. It was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. Check in was easy as was check out (on their TV). This Omni has everything you need to conduct business or relax. Their office center is great. If you are going to Boulder this is the place to stay. It is a drive to Boulder, but not bad and the best hotel in the area. You will love the pool, the food and the service. I will always stay at this hotel when in Broomfield. read more
