We set up an appointment with Sears.com only to find that it wouldn't take place for 2 1/2 weeks, that the service call alone would cost $120 (which we'd have to pay even if the fridge was completely dead), and the time range they might show up on the date of our appt was between 8am and 5 pm (how convenient...). So we called into the local store and they recommended TJs. We are glad they did. They sent someone out that day who clearly knew what he was talking about, was able to diagnose the problem in less than 15 mins, ordered the part, and installed it the next day in less than 15 mins all at a significantly less expensive price than the same service as offered by Sears. If you have an appliance that breaks, call TJ's.

We will take it. 20 min waiting for someone to get the TV and check us out. Finally went to check out and was told the saleswoman made a mistake and gave a price for 65": The actual price was $1500. Then the manager approached us and told us they were closing. We explained our experience and he really didn't care. Wasted almost an hour there. I'm done. Never going back to that location. 2/3 of the walls are empty with no TV's on display. Go to another Best Buy in another city (ie Oxford, AL) and you will see not only TV's on all the display walls but employees actually trained well enough to give you a much better experience with a manager that cares to make a sale. We will never again waste our time at such poorly run store.

He diagnosed the broken compressor fan in 10 minutes and had the part in his truck. The repair took 20 minutes and cost $125. Unit works like new again. Highly professional; I fully recommend them!!
