Comes Monday night to assess the damage, says he'll be back on Wednesday. Never asks what time is good for me. I call him Tuesday, all day, finally gets back to me late afternoon. Tells me to call him Wednesday morning, and he'll "let [me] know [his] schedule tomorrow." Um, do I look like I have all day to wait around for him? Guy can't even give me a guess as to what his schedule looks like tomorrow. Tells me he has "a dozen clients waiting to be serviced," and he'll "make arrangements for tomorrow when [I] call [him]." I've hung up on him twice in frustration at his stupidity/rudeness. Guy can't even give me a price quote on parts and labor, even though this is obviously a standard repair. If I wasn't so desperate, I'd dismiss him and tell him to can sue me for his stupid $75.00!!! He's the only guy in DeMotte!!!! One thing's for sure, I will NEVER call him EVER again. Jim came out, pumped it out, and even attempted to recover my drainage field. It was a battle, but Jim ensured it was cleaned out completely. He checked the system out, and showed me where everything was in the yard. Everything is shot (10 years if not longer since it's last service because it was a rental), but he explained why, what it should look like, and took the time to answer my questions.
