From Avis' personable and professional handling of my call to schedule a prompt service appointment through to the completion of the repair by Mike, Hoppie's tech, Hoppie's provided us with 5-Star service at a reasonable price. Mike, as friendly as Avis, called 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled appt. to advise me he was en route and he arrived on schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem, both showed and explained to me what was wrong and promptly replaced the defective part in less than 30 minutes. At laundry on Friday morning, there is trash on the floor and on top of empty washing machines. The front and tops of the machines are dirty and not well maintained. There were 9 out of 33 dryers and 9 washing machines out of service at the time. This used to be a clean and well maintained laundromat. The owner needs to give the facility attention before patrons go elsewhere.
