Prices seem a bit high for what is offered. Note: The salesman admitted to me that they buy used/discarded (i.e. refurbished appliances) from a Big Box retailer (you can guess). These are the applainces the retailer removes for free when you buy a new fridge or washer. So, you are basically getting someone else's headache with a very limited warranty. It is not necessarily a bad business concept, but it is one that is inherently compaint-laden simply due to the products being offered.

We called them just yesterday on a problem with our new washer after we moved and they discovered it right away and discovered a pipe leak that we didn't know with the hook up of the washer in our new home that needed to be corrected. They did not move the washer, but they spotted the incorrect hook up and leak while they were here anyway! That is the way they have always been over the last 20 years or so, we may have one problem to be taken care of, but they check to make sure nothing obvious related to it exists as well. Everyone on the team is extremely good at what they do. Reasonable cost, great service, quick and very professional. All they needed was a few serial numbers off the mower and then they picked it up the next day to replace the blade. They had us leave it in the driveway for them, took it for 1 day and then delivered it back to us in the driveway. Labor & parts were cheap. Majority of the cost came from the pick up/delivery, however they did discount the cost and it was still reasonably priced at about $150.

They also took offense to being asked not to discuss job details directly with tenants, which is standard in property management. Instead of discussing the actual job or offering a professional response, they sent a long, disrespectful message full of assumptions and accusations. This attitude reflects a clear lack of experience in working with vendors, property managers, or structured workflows. Riffles came to my residence 2 hours late (8/1/2016), said he diagnosed the problem that I need the 'pump' to fix the "spin cycle" and all would be okay. I paid him $158.55. An hour later I went to wash a load of laundry and the spin cycle still did not work. I called both of Riffles phone numbers ...... Riffle answered the phone and told me to "leave me (him) alone and call back the next day at 8:00am. I did and the my phone call went unreturned so I placed a "stop payment on my check. I left 7 messages that day (8/2/2016) for a return call and did not receive a single one. On 8/3 Riffles said he would come by, remove the pump he put on the washer and split the entire repair bill with me. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I left several more messages and finally on 8/4 he came over, removed the pump and gave me a check for 1/2 the total cost. A couple hours later I went to run the washer and "low and behold" the washer flooded my basement. When I attempted 5 times to contact Riffles, the phone call was answered and Extremely foul language was used while speaking to me. It sounded as though the person was extremely intoxicated. On the last call I placed I was told to "f--- off" and hung-up on. If my calculations are correct I paid $158.55 for repairs (which actually did not occure, my washer was in worse condition than it was before Riffles worked on it So I paid $75 to have my washer work less than it did prior to calling Riffles and to top things off..... I was verbally assaulted as well.
