It has been four weeks since the initial visit and I have not heard anything back from the contractor. I have texted the company multiple times - no response. I have rung and was advised by the company that they would get the contractor to contact me. This has still not happened (and its been nearly two weeks since then). I was also told they didn't have a number for the contractor to give me... What? How can they send out a contractor without his contact details. Makes no sense to me. Don't use them.

They'll send one of their "sub contracted" repair techs over to fuck around for 1/2 an hour, misdiagnose your repair, take your money and leave. Then, when you call the arrogant SOS scheduler to correct their mistake they'll tell you that the repair tech has been fired for incompetence and the onus is on you, the customer, to track down the tech (in my case a guy named Mo who's body odour lingered in my kitchen long after he left) to sue him for the money you spent on repair work that did not work. Avoid this company of amateur hour theives and just remember, when I say Fuck SOS and deliver this one star review, just know it's one more star than they actually deserve.

You should be aware that the delivery employees are NOT qualified installers. They only had a 8ft flex duct which wasn't long enough. They said they couldn't install my dryer. I asked what parts are needed, but they didn't know. I also needed the dryer door reversed & they said because it wasn't specifically on my invoice, they wouldn't do that either. They then left & didn't even level my dryer. TA Appliance did refund my $50.00 installation fee, but I needed to find someone else to do the installation. My warning to you is to not assume that the delivery employees at TA are qualified to install dryers & to insure that as many installation details you can think of are included on your invoice.

He said he was waiting for micro wave parts. Again I called Dan after another 2 weeks. He told me he will not be able to get parts for my micro wave. I did my research and TA appliances has the exact same make and model presently for sale in Branford. I must assume that parts are still available.I asked to get a refund of my service call as Dan was not going to fix my appliances before he sent someone out. I have not received a refund.
