When it was all said and done, the cost was $868.36 to fix the dishwasher. When a technician gives an estimate, one counts on the estimate to decide whether a repair is worth it or not. The first time, the repair was $292.12. OK. The second repair, a few weeks later for the same problem, was $183.96. This required two visits because the technician damaged the seal kit. The third repair, a week after that cost us $292.28. If we had known that the total cost would have been $868.36, we would have made a different decision. Not only that, but Waterloo Appliance Service Ltd. wasn't even decent enough to admit that they had botched the repair.
