Jason pulled out the damaged part and spent some time trying to find a replacement part. He was finally able to locate a repair business in Austin that rebuilt the part plus a 2-year guarantee. Jason returned and replaced the refurbished part, and the oven works like new. As a new oven would cost several thousand dollars, I was pleased with the cost and the great service. I wasn't risking having it taken apart then having to leave with it apart because I wasn't risking not going to be back for several hours. I originally contacted this company for help with a motor issue on my RV awning. On May 20, a…read moretechnician came out to inspect the motor. After the visit, the awning was left unsecured -- I have video footage showing not only that the fabric was left loose, but also that the technician dragged my front door across the fabric. That same Memorial Day weekend, a storm came through and caused the awning to pop open and start tearing. I reached out numerous times to ask when someone would come back to complete the motor repair and inspect the damage to the fabric. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming they would take responsibility since the damage happened after their technician failed to secure it. I also tried to remain understanding about weather delays, but communication was consistently poor. Twice, they said they sent messages I never received -- yet other times, I did get updates from the same contact method, so their explanation didn't add up. Robert, who I believe is the owner, eventually sent me a long email full of excuses, denying responsibility for the damage. I responded with proof -- time-stamped security footage showing the awning was secured before the technician's visit and loose afterward. He ignored it entirely. Then, on June 25, our security system alerted us that someone was outside taking photos of our camper. A neighbor called me to say they had seen someone taking pictures of our RV, and when I checked our camera footage, I realized it was the same vehicle the technician had driven. He happened to be working on our coworker's RV nearby. We stopped by to chat with the coworker and asked if that was the same company. Sure enough, it was. I went back to finish unloading my truck, and a little later, I walked over and kindly asked if he could stop by after he was finished. He said, "Yes ma'am, I'll be over in a bit." I returned to my camper and waited outside, where my husband and our neighbor were casually chatting. There was no confrontation -- just a normal conversation about a truck another neighbor was working on. It started to rain, and they were sitting in the truck. They never stopped by -- they just left the RV park. Early this morning, I received an email stating that the company was walking away from the repair, refunding everything, and falsely claiming that their techs were approached by "two grown men" in an aggressive manner. That was simply not true. I had been patient, respectful, and proactive for over a month trying to get this resolved. It felt like a convenient excuse to avoid taking responsibility for the damage their technician caused. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I went out of my way to work with them, stay professional, and provide actual evidence. In return, I was met with deflection, miscommunication, and false accusations. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects transparency, accountability, or basic customer service.

7H was called out to my house by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. My fridge stopped…read morecooling at the end of August, it is now the end of December. The first time they came out, the repairman didn't even use a tool. He said something about the damper and used his hand to move it and said it was fixed. It wasn't. It took them 3 call outs to finally get it cooling. Because they only come to Orange County every so often (maybe once a week?) it would take at least a week to get them back out. Once it was cooling our food, it began freezing our food. The fridge is too cold now. They have been out 3 times trying to get it to stop freezing my food. He mentioned that the reason food is freezing is because the top shelf is the coldest place in the fridge. Well, it's not just freezing on the top shelf. It's freezing stuff on the second shelf and the door as well, including my husband's insulin and meds. The repair man most recently came out a few days ago and said there's nothing else he can do, he doesn't know why it's freezing, and he'd let American Home Shield know. He reported to AHS that it is 'customer misuse/abuse' and that I'm putting stuff on the top shelf of my fridge and customer wants a new fridge. I was livid- this is basically a fabrication. I am not misusing or abusing my fridge. We have only been kind to these people, even after 4 MONTHS of my fridge not working properly. I have never asked for a new fridge, I just want a fridge that works and doesn't ruin my food. I see many reviews on here that tell reviewers to basically treat others that way they want to be treated. I'm wondering how you would feel if a member has been without a properly working fridge for 4+ months and they find out their repair company put it down as 'customer abuse/misuse'. Even if the problem was only the top shelf, I should be able to use my top shelf in my fridge. I've used that top shelf for the last 12ish years since we've had the fridge and nothing ever froze until 7H 'fixed' it. Although everyone I spoke with at 7H was kind, I do not recommend this company. After speaking with friends, 2 others immediately said they had the same experience with multiple call outs to get the problem fixed by 7H.
