We initially called and explained our freezer situation. The Receptionist/Wife spoke to her husband/Repairman who gave us a few suggestions to troubleshoot before coming out, we followed instructions and the free advice,,, freezer worked great for a few weeks then had the same problem! ice cream was soft. we called and he came the next day.. our freezer door was not sealing properly the door had sagged,,, put in a few spacers and it is working perfectly now!!! thanks so much to Appliance Rescue! read more

Appliance Rescue is amazing! I reached out not knowing what I was even asking about it regard to trying to fix my dryer drum that had cracked. Lisa was very helpful and so nice over the phone. She took down the model # of my dryer and got a new drum ordered. A week later Jerrad is at my home installing the new drum and getting my dryer back to like new condition. He was in and out quick, and helped me out with some additional flex piping to reconnect the dryer to the wall. This company is awesome! Because it was my refrigerator they came out the next day by asking their tech to come in an hour early! The owner even came with him at 7am! Turns out it is a freon leak and although they do not do freon work, they told me what to expect from another company and how to find someone. They really saved me, because the next company that came out tried to charge me twice what Appliance Rescue told me it should be. So I finally got another company to come out and low and behold, it was almost to the penny what Appliance Rescue said it should be. They saved me big bucks....and they were so professional!
