They do charge a standard $70 diagnostic fee, which felt fair. Brad gave me a heads-up call before arriving and showed up right on time. Even better, he came fully prepared with the tools and the replacement part needed, so he was able to fix the dryer on the spot. You can really tell he takes pride in his work with great attention to detail, and he even shared some helpful maintenance tips for the future. Best of all, the dryer was fixed the same day, and reassembled properly this time, with no "extra" screws left behind. Fair pricing, friendly service, and high-quality work. They do accept credit cards, but recommend cash or check to avoid a 3% fee (which gave me a reason to dust off my checkbook).
