Last week, my refrigerator started making loud sounds resembling an airplane taking off! It was so loud that you could barely hear yourself think. I did not know who to call so I turned to Yelp. Of course, I picked the one with 5 stars! Jason, the owner of Appliance Titan responded right away and came out the very next day to look at my fridge. He is the nicest guy! A part had to be ordered and he came back out to fix the fan motor thing that was breaking. It works perfectly now! He, also, calls 30 minutes before he arrives so you know when to expect him. Repaired our fridge. Did a fantastic job. He really knew his stuff. Very responsive. There were some complications with the defrosting element. He came out a few times to fix it at no extra charge! The part that was initially installed was faulty so he put another new part in. Due to the age of the fridge, he promised to return our money if the fridge wouldn't work. I was concerned that my GE washing machine was making noises, but he reassured me that it was normal and how to alleviate that in the future. Our dryer stopped heating. This has happened before, so I knew it was because the heating element broke. We called Appliance Titan and they sent someone over within a few hours. The diagnosed the problem as a bad heating element and ordered a replacement. They were back to install it within a few days. They even showed me the broken wire on the old heating element. They also cleaned out the lint that had gathered inside the dryer around the wires. We're very satisfied with their service. read more

Other than a mixup about appointment times - which actually worked out well given the need to order a part from Denver - he did an excellent job. The Tech was a very nice guy! But...they came out and diagnosed the problem as being an internal valve that quit operating in my washing machine. They had to order the part and asked me to put 50% down, which I don't have a problem with. The part came in 3-4 days later and the same Tech came out to install the valve into the washing machine. For some reason, before he tore the back of the washer off to change the internal valve, he checked the water valve on the wall that supplies the cold water to the washing machine. He found that the cold water valve was not working. He said he had checked the hot water valve when he was at the home the first time, but for some reason, failed to check the cold water valve. He promptly told me this was not something they could fix and that the company would refund the 50% deposit, minus a $65 service call fee. WTH?? They never serviced anything, and did nothing more than waste 4-5 days of time that I could have had a plumber out and fixed the problem. Wasted my time and wasted my money!! I don't do business with folks who don't admit when they are wrong, and then they don't do what right to make it good! So that being said, this Property Manager will not do business with these guys ever again!! read more
