The repairman from CS Appliance Repair showed up. Spent about two minutes (not opening any panels looking deep into it whatsoever), declared it beyond his knowledge or understanding to fix and left, saying they would send someone else out. Didn't get a call from them. About five days later they "blessed me" with an email recommending a different company. Not good. Not professional. Apparently not very competent either. Edit: The repairman "Tim" actually called and attempted to blackmail me, stating the real reason he did not repair our machine is that he thought our house was too dirty, and as a "mandatory reporter for DHS" if I did not change my review he would report me to them and they would come and...I dunno what. Our house is lived in, it isn't immaculate, nor is it filthy unsanitary like the homes of hoarders you see on television. Told him to go ahead and report. At that appointment, we found out they incorrectly diagnosed the problem and had to reorder the part. It was finally fixed 7 weeks after our initial call. Unfortunately, when fixing the problem, the technician, who I found out is the head of the company, damaged our dishwasher. He told us his company could quote us on how much it is to fix it because "these things sometimes happen." They are expecting us to pay for damage they did. After a week of phone calls and emails, we have not heard from them. Our dishwasher looks like the panel was pried off with a screw driver and the control panel looks melted or torn. We spent $585 to have our dishwasher damaged. Our dishwasher was 18 months old at the time. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had thought it might be a motor or electronics problem, but John immediately checked the drive belt. Sure enough, it was worn and had worked its way off of the motor pulley. John ordered a higher quality belt by phone, it arrived today, and he installed it this evening. I agree with the reviews and ratings I've seen. Five Star service at an affordable price. I called John and he said he would fix it under warranty. He came to the house with a new heating element but it turned out to be a different problem which was with the wiring harness connector. The connector itself was no longer available locally but he found one on eBay, bought it and then installed it. I paid for the part and he said the labor was covered under warranty. I think he is very honest. He could have charged me much more than he did. In the future if I have a problem with any other appliances I will call him and I highly recommend him to all my friends and real estate clients.

Wonderful people. To my dismay, I used my wife's Miele vacuum cleaner to clean up her dead leaves from a huge fern. BIG MISTAKE!!! It got clogged. I tried to use a clothes hanger to clear it out. I just did not have the right screw driver to take apart and unclog the bottom part with the roller bar. Adam set me straight. He showed me what I was doing wrong in a professional way. He did not charge me anything!!! He would not take the twenty dollar bill I offered. Sarah, a coworker would not take it either. Zunni, a cattle dog, would have eaten it. I'll show Adam. He greeted me warmly asking if he could help. Nick took me to the refrigerators I found on Craigslist and answered EVERY question I asked (some times 2-3-4 times). Integrity appliance was able to understand my needs, including my budget and worked with me to make sure I got the best appliance for my needs. I did not have to wait long for a delivery (same day and next day delivery was available) - this was MOST appreciative. Gave me a quote for the part and service. Did not have the part rushed to the warehouse before they closed and installed the part. Installed part still not working right had to disassemble parts of the furnace to get to ta hidden sensor, replaced sensor and furnace has worked better than it has for years. I know it took alot longer and more parts to fix than Nick anticipated but there was no change in the price. Nick's the man.

This tech tells us that something else is wrong and the whole fridge needs to be replaced. We told him that it needs to be run through the property management company first before that's approved and the tech said he'd call them. We talked with our property manager later that day and he never received a call. This morning I get a call from Small Town Appliance saying that they need to talk to us about getting a new fridge. I went back and forth with the guy on the phone saying that it's already been taken care of and we've got it figured out but he kept pushing saying that they're the company the property manager always goes with. This company seems shady and pushy and just looking to make a quick buck. If you're gonna go with them it might be best to get a second opinion before they try and sell you a brand new appliance.
