The fridge had started running again after we unplugged it then plugged it in again the day before he got here. He ran diagnostics & checked the mothetboard which had been replaced a yr before. cleaned the grates of dust & said if it started to give us more trouble to call him back. He did a good job of explaining known issues with this brand & model it being only 4 yrs old. Ugj! He was prompt, courteous & very knowledgable. I'd recommend him highly. read more

Called Ranals and Liz said it should be covered under warranty... She managed the warranty submission with LG and even got extra components to ensure the repair would be successful and last longer. The repair and installation was 1/2 the cost as there was still a lot of labor and welding, etc. but we were thrilled. They were professional, timely and so helpful. read more

We sent in a service request for our dishwasher. Jesse came out, asked some questions, and got to work with his diagnosis. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He thoroughly explained the issue we were having and how to prevent it in the future.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bill was more than reasonable considering the service (parts in his truck), the time he's spent to fix it, the EDUCATION we received, and the fact that he guarantees his workmanship was within our budget. We cannot tell you enough about the experience but we can say that if you've got a problem Jesse will solve it AND help you to avoid making mistakes that will cost you again! There's no denying we will call and ask for any issue to be resolved with any appliance in the future. Do yourself a favor and call when you're having appliance problems. Awesome service. My refrigerator went out on Saturday evening. Everything was melted and warm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called Ranal's on Sunday morning and they actually answered the phone and scheduled me for a first thing Monday morning appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The owner, Jessie, was able to temporarily fix the computer part until a part was ordered and delivered. We had a great experience with Ranals Resolution. Our refrigerator died and I looked on Yelp and Facebook to find a recommendation- they were highly recommended and seem highly trusted and trustworthy. Lizzie on the phone was helpful and kind. Jesse and Nicholas did a great job educating us and repairing our refrigerator and said we'd likely get 15-20 more years from it now, which would be amazing. There is a $75 service charge that you can apply to the repair if you choose to have them do it. I booked with Ranals Resolutions when my dishwasher was clogged. I had already diagnosed the issue when I called and got the service booked. I was quoted $75 over the phone to have my appliance fixed. I was also told there would be a $75 service fee that would be waived if I used Ranals to fix my appliance (which was my intention) When the repair tech arrived, he opened up my dishwasher, made a big deal about the smell (of course it smells, it's clogged and that's why I called you), and proceeded to look something up on his phone for the next 5 minutes before spending 10 minutes with my dishwasher just to tell me it was in fact clogged and he couldn't fix it. He left me vague instructions for me to fix it myself with a shop vac. He had asked for a bucket to use to catch any water dripping from under my sink, and I provided one of my own. He left it there full of water under my sink. I was charged $75 for his visit, even though my dishwasher is still broken and I'm in the same spot I was before booking. I called the number provided after my service to ask what I was paying a fee for and spoke to his wife, who apologized that her husband was unable to fix my dishwasher, but that he did provide a service by coming to my home. She and I clearly have different understandings of the service I requested, which was to clear the clog in my dishwasher. This business is a scam that charges a "service fee" with seemingly no intention of completing any services. read more

I thought I just needed a charge in my system. and turned out I needed a. ew compressor. I had a unit from 97. and I wanted to repair this unit not buy a new one because well they just don't make them like they used to and I had a mint unit. but it's been running 24 yrs. out of 5 places they were the only place that would even attempt to work on it. and they had me up and running in 5 days with the 4th of July weekend in there. the guys are A-1 cool as can be.
