    I had Jerry out to fix my LG washer about 5 months ago. he replaced a pump and it was warrantied…read morefor a year. the pump stopped working about two weeks ago and we tried to call him, his mailbox is full so I had friends text him as he requested. one person he did not respond to at all and another after two days he asked for our address and then never contacted us at all. We are owed a new pump and if my husband had not ordered one after the last time and knew how to put it on I would still be without a washer going on more then a week.. And we do a lot of wash in this family. SO when is he going to respond and say he cannot come, or he will come etc. Very poor business person at this point and I live in a rural area where repairmen are scarce esp for LG appliances and he knows this.. so what happened to this guy I have no clue but he could have found the time to answer me and also tell my friend who he asked what was our address what his plans were.

He kept me informed from my first cry for help, to the time he arrived at my door to fix my beloved dryer. His prices were extremely reasonable! He was accommodating, polite and professional. I will use him every time I need appliance service and I will recommend him to anyone! Now...if we could just get him to provide Directv service....those bastards keep you waiting for days...

This is not related to the one here in Florence but this was bought online. I want to start by recognizing the sales associate who helped me purchase my wall oven. They were knowledgeable, patient, and did an excellent job helping me select the right model for my home. My frustration is not with the salesperson--they provided outstanding service. Unfortunately, everything after the purchase has been a complete failure. Best Buy delivered and professionally installed the oven, but during the installation, their own installer determined that the unit was defective. I contacted customer service, only to spend over an hour on hold before being informed that the same model was no longer available for replacement. I accepted that and requested a full refund. The problem is that the oven is hardwired and can only be professionally removed by Best Buy. Despite selling, delivering, and installing a defective appliance, Best Buy has been unable to schedule an appointment to uninstall and remove it. I was simply told that there are no appointments available. To avoid any further delay, I purchased the exact same model from another retailer, and it is ready for delivery and installation. However, because Best Buy has not removed the defective oven they installed, I cannot have my replacement installed. Their lack of urgency has left me without a functioning oven and has delayed the installation of the replacement appliance that I have already paid for. I understand that defective products can happen. What I cannot understand is the lack of accountability and the inability to provide a timely solution after selling and installing a defective appliance. The long wait times, poor communication, and failure to coordinate the removal of their own defective product have turned what should have been a simple resolution into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I hope Best Buy reviews its post-sale customer service and appliance support process. The quality of customer service after the sale should match the quality of the sales experience. Unfortunately, in my case, they were worlds apart.
