I've searched online for a few days, ordered a couple parts and they've never come in correctly. I thought I'd give this place a shot since I've had luck finding parts here in the past for my older vacuums. I cannot express how great of customer service this place has!!! The young lady running the shop this morning was very kind, patient, and took a long time trying to help find a less than $10 part for me. Certainly above and beyond what most stores would provide. When she reached the end of her capacity, she called the owner who promptly answered and helped walk us both through the process of finding the right part. Low and behold, they had the part in the back store room and she was able to sell it to me right then. I'm certain a $7 sale isn't going to make a meaningful difference in this companies revenue today... but I'll tell you they certainly gained a loyal customer and the next time I need to purchase a vacuum or something along those lines I'm driving directly there and will pay whatever difference there may be over some online store. They have already proved that their customer service will certainly be stellar should I run into any issues... in today's day and age this is priceless. So I went on Yelp looking for another option and found Appliances 4 less. Checked out their site and saw the refrigerators they had available. I saw one that I was interested, so I went to check it out. When I arrived I was assisted by Jenna, who vas very helpful and provided great customer service by answering my questions. My eye was set on the GE refrigerator [Steel Exterior] that was posted on line and I was taking the measurements so I can make sure it would fit. I did an inspection of the unit and was sold. This particular unit was Brand New, never used. The only thing that was noticed was the plastic wrap on the bottom portion was peeked off (Cosmetic). What made my decision easy was the price I paid for it. Went into the office and started the paperwork. Whet I really appreciated was the option of financing they have. Applied for it and got approved. After everything was finalized and amount was within my budget. I would highly recommend getting the setting up done. It is an extra cost and delivery is free. I set a date for the refrigerator to be delivered and Jenna made the whole process easy. The day came for the delivery and got to meet Max. He was able to bring the frig upstairs to my place and he was able to set it up. It was a perfect fit for the space and he recommended that the handles go on the other side, so I have room to open the freezer and bottom. I was open to the suggestion and was not an additional cost. I appreciate that from Max and it shows that he was honest. My overall experience was great and the customer service I received from Jenna and Max made my decision to do business with them the right choice. In my personal opinion, I would recommend appliances 4 Less, if you are looking for an appliance and are on a budget. They have different inventory, so check out the site first. They said "the technician had a problem and couldn't make appt but left a voicemail". He did not. When I tried to call back they hug up on me twice or hit the keys. When I did get someone they transferred me to a customer service voicemail. We have had apartments and rental properties in this area for 30 years and tried to use a local place. Being asked for my phone number to "explain over the phone " why they might not be able to help me same day was very inappropriate. Not only was it midnight, but the entire conversation had been completed via messages , so why wouldn't this information be told via messages? This made me feel extremely uneasy. In addition, I had to ask multiple times about licensing. In short - watch yourself. Be aware. If something seems off, it probably is.
