He pretended to be helpful and said he'd come to the storage room the next morning to help me find it. But instead of helping me locate it, he took a motorcycle helmet that I had left with the items I hadn't boxed because I was about to deliver them right away. I'm quite concerned about this man. When he was finishing my move on Saturday, the 19th, he had a coffee cup from Tim Hortons. I was standing close to him, and I could smell beer. When I asked him about it, he said, "It's my morning coffee" and made a gesture for me to stay quiet. The next morning same thing with a coffee cup filled with beer. This man is working drunk!!!

My dryer was squeaking loudly for several months. I put off repairing it for as long as I could…read moreuntil the squeaking became unbearable, so by the time I was looking for a Pro I was a bit desperate. Luckily ApplianceSOS was able to service my need right away. They had an online contact form on their website which I filled out and they called me almost immediately. They communicated their pricing model, gave me a general idea of what I could realistically expect in terms of a repair, and dispatched a technician. After, they communicated with me via text re: any subsequent updates. The Pro came within a couple of hours and diagnosed the issue pretty much right away. He was somehow able to purchase and replace 2 parts all within an hour. In the end, this costed about $109 in labor and about $50 in parts before taxes. Not exactly cheap, but fair and transparent pricing. Best of all, my dryer is fixed!
