It necessitated tearing down the wet, damaged drywall ceiling and walls, and working in difficult areas to access- around the water heater and A/C unit. Although this company usually does BIG jobs for major companies, apparently no job is too small for them. They treated it with the same respect, care and service that they would for a job that would cost thousands of dollars. They did an OUTSTANDING job, and completed it all on one long day, instead of working (and charging for) two days. I highly recommend this company! Mario (who was in charge of the work) was professional, prompt and careful. He made sure my patio furniture (adjacent to the utility room) was protected, and put back everything exactly as it was. They did a beautiful job of repair AND painting, and cleaned up everything perfectly.

As a result, when they broke ground, they had to remove a section of my fence and cut into my yard to build the new house. Then they tried to leave the cutout, muddy area in my yard. We were never given or approved a total cost, and the amounts claimed have changed repeatedly and remain impossible to reconcile. Our initial contact, Brian, was responsive until work began, then stopped responding entirely. Communication was redirected to Ellie, who could not answer basic questions about invoices, insurance, or the work performed, and often provided information that was later contradicted. We paid $5,000 upfront after being told this represented our insurance deductible. Despite repeated requests, we did not receive documentation or estimates for over a month after remediation was completed--while storage fees continued to accrue--preventing us from moving forward with reconstruction. They finally starting talking to me in mid-October AFTER insurance formally notified us by certified mail (with Anthony Restoration copied) that they would no longer work with this company. Anthony Restoration at that point said they would bring our belongings back by the afternoon if I brought her a $12,000 cashiers check to complete the $38,000 owed. Before I cut the check, I called insurance and found out they ALREADY paid Anthony Restoration nearly $42,000. Despite this, the company continues to claim additional balances--most recently another $22,000--without documentation to support those figures. Our personal belongings are still being held while storage fees accrue monthly, despite repeated requests for their return. Based on the documentation we've received, Anthony Restoration appears to have already been overpaid. This company has the scam DOWN.
