I call later in the day and a young man tells me they are working on it but it will be today before it is done. I just now call up there where a young lady looks In to everything and comes back to tell me that in 29 hours since my appointment the mechanic has not even looked at the car. I scheduled it a week in advance so my grandmother would not stress over not having her vehicle. Also so I could take off and be able to bring her back and forth to Dr appointments while car was being fixed. This is very disappointing.

They could have charged anything they wanted because we were desperate and had no options...and we would have paid anything. But instead they had the tire replaced in an hour and their charges were extremely reasonable (probably less than we'd pay at our local shop).
