Some of the other reviews had me not wanting to give this place a chance, but I'm so glad I did! I went in for an oil change, and they had about four other cars. I dreaded a long wait, but reluctantly went in. The waiting area is rather small, but has a coffee station. To my surprise, it went relatively fast! The employees were unbelievably friendly, which really is a huge part of the five star review! Additionally, I felt the price was about average. My only complaint is that they didn't put an updated sticker on my windshield, instead they just gave me a receipt with the mileage on it. Like, I'll definitely lose that... ugh! read more

Came in right off bat rude female. No direction a suppose Manager came all rude yelling telling me follow directions where no directions were giving NO COMMUNICATION. Rating this one star and it should be zero. A simple oil change left us with oil filter not tightened. complete oil changed leaked in a week. discovered an oil rag left in the engine compartment where it appeared they forgot they were doing. indicated tire pressure checked and wasn't. windshield washer filled only with water. I love that the staff was so attentive and thorough today. I couldn't seem to find a good place to get my oil changed at. They were a bit under staffed but I understand. They were also communicative about the different types of oil. Thanks Willie and the other staff!! read more

You know how the saying goes "early bird gets the worm" so this morning morning I did just that. I got myself together pretty early and headed to this location in hopes of avoiding too long of a wait. Well, I guess getting up early was worth it because I came here and was helped immediately, no wait at all. Staff here were extremely friendly, even at 9 something in the morning. Tony and the rest of the staff really took great care of me and I was out in no time. By time i left there was a nice little line forming as well but since I had gotten out the door early for once I wasn't one of those people in the line. But seriously great staff that are efficient and fast and seem to really enjoy their job. read more

Classic bait a switch sales tactic. The personnel waited until I had parked the car in the service bay and opening my hood to inform me they did not have any conventional oil available due to a systemic shortage. Upsale to the next level synthetic oil at $69.99 from conventional at $35.99. There could be a sign posted outside in the driveway informing potential customers of the conventionAl oil shortage so the consumer has a better option of choice. The staff was friendly and courteous, the oil change process was quick and you stay in your car throughout. Should have visited a more locally owned and operated automotive repair center. read more

I was one of the first 2 in. It took 30 min to change oil and filter. Hopefully they get faster as the day goes on. Friendly staff.

I am at Jiffy Lube now and am so impressed. The gentleman, Jorge (got his name off his shirt) greeted me with such a warm and inviting greeting and was beyond polite the entire time. William (again used his shirt for the name) came to my window and asked me about my battery. Same thing - super polite and welcoming. Now here is Josh - same thing. There are others here but I can't see their shirts... lol... but the entire team is amazing. They came to my window each time they needed to ask about if I wanted to add a service and explained what was wrong and why they recommended it. Kyle was so helpful and he and his team got right to it and worked on my car with ease and I was there for no longer than 15mins for filter replacement, oil and fluid changes and they even wiped down your windows. That's the fastest service I've ever had and Kyle was very friendly, professional and gave you all info about what your car needed right away. read more

I pulled in to get an oil change today on my new car and it took a second to get service. They were doing some on the job training, so I was okay with waiting a moment. When I began talking to the employee, I was told that I didn't need an oil change. They told me that they would change my oil if I wanted them to, although new cars only take synthetic and they don't need to be changed but every 8,000. I was impressed that they cared about their customers rather than make a quick dollar. read more

I only get my vehicles oil changed at jiffy lube because of the outstanding service.But my last visits were not up to par. I only put full synthetic oil in my vehicles but I was given regular oil in both vehicles but charged full synthetic prices. read more

Came in for a simple oil change, ended up getting charged for someone else's car, then had to pay for ours. The refund takes 24 hours,so ended up overdrafting my account because of their screw up. Never take your car here unless you want screw ups and double charges read more

This place is not where you want to go. Yes, I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Yes, service was fast...roughly 15 min. But the fact that they will blatantly lie to your face about services provided is outrageous and unacceptable. $67.00 for an oil change is outrageous in itself, but don't tell me that you cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car when my windows and interior were in the same condition as when I showed up. When my car was done, I looked at my windshield and asked if they were cleaned. He looked at the windshield, looked at me and said "yup, you're good to go". I was stunned. Opened the door, looked at my carpets and I didn't even bother to ask about that. I was so angry that I didn't even think to check the oil filter. My mistake, because I checked it when I got home and much to my non-surprise......it wasn't replaced! Bottom line, anywhere is better than this Jiffy Lube. A car service place building a reputation for lying to its customers is a fast way to go out of business. read more

87.00 for an oil change is a gas truck with no additional add ons. Just oil and filter. Took about 45 minutes with only 1 other car in shop. I was lied to when they said they vacuumed my carpets. Which they did not. I was also told they cleaned my windows. Also not true. I am not being picky like they may have missed a spot. They just did not do either of these things. The price alone is enough to ensure I will not return. read more

Kyle at Jiffy Lube was great!! They checked my filters and made suggestions on things I knew needed attention sooner or later. They also washed my windshields and gave me some wiper fluid. Mostly, Kyle was really informative and helpful. The service was fast too. Even with some additional services I was in and out in under an hour. I will go back there from now on. read more
