Danny and the team at Plaza are THE BEST!!! I called on a Wednesday afternoon for a last minute emergency service in order to drive from Fulton over 6 hours back to my home in Tennessee by Friday. From the very first phone call, Danny was kind, honest, and dedicated to helping me out. I was able to squeeze in on Thursday, and the team worked my Jeep in as soon as they could, having everything done by Thursday afternoon. Beyond the initial requested service, I'd also noticed an awful scratching noise in my wheel the night before dropping off my vehicle. Danny and his team jumped right in to investigation on this as well. At first there was some trouble finding the problem, but he called me to gather additional info, pulled my vehicle back into the shop again, and found and solved the issue. Afterwards he also walked me through what the problem was and showed me exactly where to identify the issue if it ever were to happen again. His exact words, "one way or another, I am making sure you get home safely on your drive." This hospitality, honesty, and dedication is not found everywhere. Danny didn't have to put in this much effort to make sure I was not only taken care of, but also felt safe returning to the road, but it was second nature to him to put in his very best and be as helpful as possible. Do not book appointment online and count on getting service! I set up an appointment using their online appointment service from their website to get a state inspection. I took time off work to leave early to get to the appointment at 4:00. When I arrived they informed me that they keep track of inspections by paper (which was a big appointment calendar on their service desk) and they were short on inspectors and couldn't do my inspection. The person behind the desk was not in the least apologetic and a little rude about it. When I suggested that maybe the website should have some type of message regarding the situation, his response was "how is the website going to know". They had all my contact information (cell # and email) so at a minimum they could have contacted me to let me know they couldn't fit me in, but they DIDN'T even have the curtesy or management skills to do that. First, I requested my transmission and transfer case oil to be changed in my 2007 SUV. They would not change either because there was rust around the plugs and they could not remove the plugs. I then changed the oil myself and had no issues removing either plug. The rust was only superficial and what you can expect on a 10 yr old vehicle. I believe they did not make an attempt. Next, I took the same vehicle for an inspection. The mirror had a light crack, that in no way obstructed one's view of the road, and they failed the inspection. I would understand if the mirror was missing or you could not see out of it, however, this was not the case. My overall impression is that the employees are not truly trained mechanics and are only experienced in the most elementary aspects of auto-mechanics. read more

I made an online order and set an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment, they didn't have my tires and no appointment. The online order system doesn't work, don't waste your time. If you must deal with this company, call the store and talk to a real person. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. We were traveling from out of town to move our daughter into college and a band broke in a tire. It was 5:05 pm when we walked in knowing they close at 5:30. At that point we were just hoping for some information and appointment to come back to have her tires replaced. Danny and the team was amazing. We got a better price than what we would have got at home and they changed them on the spot! Awesome service and excellent product. Not only did we have an excellent experience but we now also have the comfort of knowing a good reputable place she can go for help on her truck while being 6 hours away from us.
