Tmy 1 year old was around 3-4 yr old. They are not around the kids their age. She would arrive home & I'd find bruises. It would either be caused by other students or perhaps the teachers. My daughter would be playing at home and would yell out the kids name that would bully her at school. My mother had an incident with the staff there. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, & most of all not the people you'd want your kids to be around for 6-12 hrs a day. My mother entered and saw my daughter in the corner of the room being bothered by another student. Meanwhile 1 teacher looking after 3 classes put together into 1 class. Sitting in a corner. Spaced out not even interested in actually doing her job. The older white lady that's in charge fled out her office very aggressively yelling at my mother. If In a child care facility the person who is in charge is not capable of approaching someone to handle a situation properly then unfortunately the place should shut down . Lack of safety for the children. ANYONE CAN WALK IN. The front office is an absolute mess. It is not clean. There's a trapped smell that is very unpleasant. My daughter didn't last 3 months there. & it's very unfortunate that people have no other option because they work full time.

The kids enjoy sensory play regularly & a lot of art is incorporated into their days. My son knows his days of the week & is identifying more letters & numbers as his time here progresses. Ms. Christy runs her business so well. I'd give her ten stars if I could. She is very timely with anything administrative & also is so engaging with the students. I watched her help a new student acclimate by playing trains with them the other day & it made me really happy to see that she cares so much. All of the teachers we've had, Ms. Yessenia, Ms. Marina & Ms. Michelle have been exemplary. I truly appreciate the effort they make & the work they do to both educate and nurture. I've witnessed Ms. Michelle help a child who spilled in such an affirming & positive way; on a day my son was having a tough time with drop off she comforted & helped him which made both of us feel a little better. Ms. Marina is wonderfully receptive & I appreciate her going out of her way to connect with me & to reassure me. My son really loves both of them & Ms. Christy so much. Every morning when we arrive he excitedly calls out their names & is so happy to see them! I'm beyond grateful we found this school. I received text updates and pictures throughout the day, which I really appreciated. The kids did crafts, learning activities, read books, and played outside. My son is autistic and they knew this from day 1 . If they didn't have the capabilities to care for him they should have said this from the begining. I dropped off my son this morning and my 5 year old was throwing a tantrum due to his autism , the lady at the reception came around and raised her voice at him in front of me and said "we are not doing this today , you are gonna get inside !! Because of you someone is out and we are short people" (I'm not going to deny the fact that my 5 year old threw a tantrum during their care and kicked someone . keep in mind this is a full adult raising their voice at a 5 year old with autism , i no longer felt comfortable how this lady spoke to my son directly in front of me , it sucks to say that if she felt comfortable raising her voice at my child in front of me I wonder what they do when parents aren't around !!! I demanded a full refund for my week paid in advance and do not recomend them at all . They provide services in a church mabey the ladies there need to seek guidance from the lord them selves the church is in their walking distance they should seek help with their attitude towards children with autism. We could not be more pleased with the care, and our son loves it so much that there are days he does not want to leave! He knows the alphabet, can count objects and trace letters and numbers. He has learned colors, shapes and songs. He is now able to also identify written numbers up to 10 and can intermittently identify all written letters of the alphabet. He can verbally spell his name. (He is 2 years and 8 months). He brings home adorable projects and photos. He is overall a happy child and thriving. Most importantly, I know he is safe there and loved.

After a month the admin Amanda said she fired Lindsey which I didn't see a reason for because she was excellent with the kids, always engaged, and showing the kids love and support. Ms Amanda said it would be fine if I had stay with my daughter until she got comfortable but had pulled me aside which also made me feel uncomfortable because she knew my daughter had anxiety. It honestly felt like Ms Amanda really only cared about the kids coming in to daycare to make the money. It seem like there was more and more kids everyday with less staff. The class would be full and teachers will rotate during the day so you might not know who ends up watching your baby. After she changed teacher her new teacher told me it was best to teach my kid to learn how to "put hands on other kids" cause they fight??? When I would sit there with my daughter it was only main one kid who pinched, punched, scratched. The value of this daycare is sketchy and I wouldn't let my kid stay here.
