This store is a Gem to Onslow County. This was my first time ever to an Edible Arrangements shop and this experience was absolutely WORD CLASS!!! The two young ladies working, Clara and Mia were so mindful and well spoken. I absolutely will use this business monthly (if not weekly) for my gift giving ventures in both my personal and professional life. I am a small business owner and I'm located down the street on Western Blvd. So I must mention that the management, John and Alex, have truly created an extraordinary experience with this business. Well I'd have taken a picture of my white chocolate dipped strawberries but they are gone! So, for now I'll have to just tell you how delicious they were :) The idea of gifting these edible arrangements is awesome and for those who wish to give someone a bit more healthy such a fruit rather than a box of candy, cookies and such. I order these online and went and picked mine up the process was very easy online and simple. Once I got there they were fresh and ready to go! The employees inside were very nice and also very helpful with questions I had regarding some of their arrangements. I sent this arrangement to my daughter and her coworkers to cheer them up after some very stressful weeks at work and boy did it do that! They we're so excited when the girl walked through the door with it that they immediately forgot about all the stress. The arrangement was hugh and so tastefully put together and from what I hear was DELICIOUS! I worked with Mia at the shop and she was so sweet, professional and helpful. Highly upset with my experience using this establishment. Currently deployed and have had this order in for over two weeks for my significant others birthday. Order never came to the house and none of the point of contacts I put down where contacted when "issues" were presented with delivery. I do not recommend using them in the future due to their inconsistencies and failure to communicate any problems that they may experience. Why pay so much for a delivery fee if your order doesn't even get sent out?. If it's something you want to pick up maybe this place is for you. I don't know since I have yet to receive their product. We usually have an amazing experience; this time however I was super disappointed. Half way through there was a hair in the chocolate covered strawberry. Clear as day. It grossed me out so bad I couldn't even finish the arrangement. read more

I wanted to thank the team from Edible Arrangements for making my Grandmother's birthday special. She recently moved away from Hawaii to Jacksonville, NC and I needed a gift that would make this birthday extra special. I ordered the "Delicious Celebration® Dipped Strawberries, Pineapple, Bananas & Apples - Large" and when your delivery person came to her door my Grandmother screamed! She called me immediately and said the delivery was on time and the arrangement was ice cold and the fruits were fresh. Please also give my thanks to the delivery person because she delivered the arrangement with great care and took the time make my Grandmother feel special. Amazing job! Thank you so much for brightening up my 4 year old granddaughter's day. She broke her arm and needed to have surgery to have two pins put in her elbow. I called the store, because she can be a little picky with her fruit and you not only took the time with me on the phone, but also sent the most beautiful arrangement and instead of the little balloon included a big one and a bear! My daughter-in- law said my granddaughter was in pain when your truck arrived but after she received your masterpiece, she was so happy!!!
