Alicia, pharmacy supervisor, told me that changing my paperwork to the regular instead of high dose would be Very Difficult, would take her a Lot of time, and it would put me back behind all the many people in line. I was willing to wait to get the proper dose but after all the people in front of me and all those who came after, employees were back in pharmacy and I was still not called up for the shot. I inquired several times, but was met with "I don't know". Everyone was helpful and cooperative except Alicia who was rude and seemed to be punishing me for requesting the proper dose. Awful experience!
