I asked if they could check out my car for other issues, not only did they tell me what all I needed done but they explained and showed me what needed to be fixed. I came in this month (04/2025) because my car was making a squeaking noise in reverse. I figured it was time to replace the belt. I'd been here before and trusted them, so I didn't expect anything shady. They told me the issue was my front brakes and that the rear needed cleaning -- no mention of the belt. I went along with it, paid nearly $600, and the noise stopped. At first, I was just relieved the issue was fixed. But later I found out they had replaced the belt -- the actual problem -- which is a job that shouldn't have cost more than $100. Instead of being upfront, they padded the bill with unnecessary brake work. That really hurt my trust. If they'd just told me the truth, I would've come back every time I needed help. I liked them and wanted to support their business, but I can't recommend a place that takes advantage of people. Please be careful -- I'd hate for someone else to be misled the way I was.
