He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and will answer any questions you have. I've even called him in the middle of the year to ask his advice before making financial decisions. Even though they work with corporate accounts, they never make me feel like my business is less important. When I call for an appointment, I'm able to get in right away and my taxes are usually done in about a week. I love this place and the people who work there. Few years later (we continued using turbo tax) or return was way too low, something was wrong with turbo tax, so bright then in and got the right return amount. That was the last straw with using tax software, I'm going with millhouse from now on. The process has been easy as well, I just send in my tax info as it comes, they tell me what items to look for, give advice on how to get further deductions and keep more of my money with me through ira accounts and such.
