I wish there was a minus 5-rating option. We have not and will never use Aptive Pest. Like another reviewer said they are Segway Solicitors. They have come to our house dozens of times and will not take no for an answer. We have told them we are very happy with our current pest company and will not switch, but event that doesn't stop them. I've tried being polite but end up having to shut the door in their face to end the conversation. Every time we tell them not to come back but they still do. Neighbors who have gone with them have switched away from them and were not happy at all with them. Stay as far away from them as you can! read more

I canceled contract and was charged $300. Had one treatment did not see any difference ants the place. Why would you sign a three-year contract you could move you could die just a very poor business model. They have my $300 but with that kind of business motto I don't think they'll last read more

Absolutely horrible experience. After two applications, there was zero improvement. Each application took about 10-15 minutes (I have the top-tier plan, which supposedly treats everything). From the start, I wasn't impressed. When they missed the last appointment, I reached out to customer service to cancel the service. Instead of offering any real help or a proper explanation, they just offered me a $10 discount per month. Why would I keep paying for a service I didn't receive or wasn't satisfied with? On top of that, I was hit with a $199 cancellation fee. I'm now switching to a local company rather than sticking with this poorly organized corporation. This company is horrendous!!! The customer service is terrible and for the quality of the products and service provided you're better off doing it your self. The contract we signed was changed and the company now no longer wants to offer the services. I can't wait to get out of the contract. The technician are hit or miss. We only were using them for our lawn and exterior of the home. Definitely not worth the hassle and problems we have had. You are much better off using a different company. I would Never!!!!!! Segway Solicitors! Company sends door to door Segway riding solicitors who say that they're providing services for "Insert Neighbor's Name Here". The salespeople are very pushy, and even after stating that I wasn't interested they continued to talk. I shut the door in their face, but they STILL seemed reluctant to leave. I'm not the only one to be harassed by Aptive. I'm assuming that they only recently opened a location in my city, however they've been harassing neighborhoods in other states for years based on the company's reviews. They even faced a lawsuit in Pennsylvania due to their deceptive business practices and solicitation. If a company thinks that this is a good way to generate sales, then I'm afraid to know what kind of job they do when it actually comes to pest control. You can't provide pest control when your door to door solicitors ARE THE PESTS. read more

Always professional, quick, punctual, and solution-oriented. When I was seeing more bugs than I thought appropriate, they immediately scheduled an inspection and treatment to rectify the issue. It's worth paying for a technician to care for our property, saves me such a headache from the creepy crawlers. read more

No stars. None. Bait and switch company out to get a quick buck in each neighborhood before they are figured out for what they are: a fraud. They promised removal of vermin and bugs, but could not even treat one of the vermin I visibly had and was told could be removed (mole). I contacted them at the number provided and did not receive a response, even after texting instead of leaving a message. I called to cancel and they told me sorry, I signed agreements stating I had to have a certain number of treatments AND pay a $199 termination fee. I got exactly NOTHING they company promised, I tried to dispute the charges and Aptive has a strong legal group to fight them. Just stay away. Liars. read more

Super aggressive salesmen descend on a neighborhood en masse and go door to door, sometimes into the evening. When they try and sell you a yearly contract they will lower the price each time you say no. That's a sign of desperation. Online reviews are not good. Use at your own peril. read more

I recently started using Aptive due to the high amount of pests on my property. They took care of it right away. I had fire ants, earwigs, spiders, wasps and mosquitoes infesting my entire property. After the first treatment they were mostly gone. After the second treatment everything is under control. I will continue to use and recommend them. read more
